I just re-watched the whole series of avenger movies again and out of all the tv shows, movies, and animes I’ve ever seen I don’t think I’ve ever been hit quite like I was at the end of this movie. The realization…. How do you lose iron man, captain america, and black widow all in one movie? Like, imagine watching dragon ball without goku, vegeta, or bulma. Obi wan had everything he needed at this time, absolute knowledge that sidious was the dark lord they been looking for, he was just too blinded and lived in denial like the rest of the jedi order. At this point we know for a fact that obi wan knew the clone army he discovered on kamino was a project started by syfo dias, he also knows the clones are made from jango fett which he also knows is behind the assassination attempt on padmé. Syfo dias is also dead which is also highly suspected. What else was known is that syfo dias was dooku's apprentice. So at this point shits starting to smell a bit fishy. Obi wan traces fett to triste godforsaken planet on geonosis and coincidentially it just happens to be where dooku and the seperatists is wanking about. Like.. bruhh the dude leading the organisation that is currently at war with the republic just somehow ends up being on this planet that the bounty hunter you've been hunting for, that you know is behind the assassination attempt on padmé chooses this exact planet to chill on. A fucking giant factory planet making enemy droids utilized against you in the war. And dooku's just there like being syfo dias's old jedi master is totally just not suspicious at all. So far obi wan knows that there's this clone army ordered by syfo dias, syfo dias is most likely dead as suspected by the jedi, the dude thise clones where made from, turns out to be the assassin you've been after this whole time, located on a planet erased from the jedi archives. By a jedi no doubt. Who you follow to a single planet that among tens of thousand other planets is for some reason one hell of a coincidence the one planet the old jedi master of syfo dias the presumed dead guy that ordered the clones is currently strolling around. Who also happens to be the leader of the opposing faction your faction is at war with and is coincidentially the faction that would both gain from and have among the most motives to assassinate padmé. Not to mention the most likely faction to stand behind the assassination attempt to begin with, and now this dude just shows up on dooku's doorstep like there isn't a fucking connection here whatsoever. This very same dude, hidden away on a planet deleted from the archives by a jedi. Just happens to run to dooku, A FORMER jedi who is now a sith, should have been obi wans number 1 suspect in regards to the kamino deletion incident. Dooku is not even probably, but 100% in league with the assassin, who fled to this place. Away from a hidden planet deleted by someone who coincidentially happens to fit dooku's circumstances. Dooku also being the master of the same dude that started the project to begin with. Dooku starts reeking pretty heavily this time around. This means that dooku, being the one that deleted kamino knows about the clones and for some reason covered it up. It's also safe to presume jango fetts order to kill padmé came from dooku. But if dooku knew about the clones, that means he has been into contact syfo dias as well. Meaning dooku knows what became of him. At this point we will have to presume dooku had something to do with his disappearence, cause we do know that dooku is aware of the clones but for whatever reason hasn't chosen to do anything about it. Even tho they are being made for the republic, and that is worrying. We know who deleted kamino from archives and we now know why they deleted it. Which is to hide the clones. Then dooku goes fishing like "eyo, you know I used to chill with you guys n shit. But listen, there's this sith lord you know. He is controlling the senate, and i'm sorry for all this but you know, the jedi's kinda corrupted and shit." Obi wan now just totally denies everything and doesn't contemplate shit. Then in some fucking miracle and more 1 in a trillion coincidential circumstances the recently discovered clone army, that no one knew about like a few hours earlier that wasn't allowed to be used or even manifactured to begin with by the republic. Ends up being allowed to be used all of a sudden, because.. again coincidentially sheev palpatine manages to somehow persuade the whole fucking senate to agree with him to give him emergency powers. This is the guy that out of absolutley everyone in the whole galaxy would gain the most from padmé's assassination, he was her biggest rival opponent who constantly kept working against him. Now this guy, becomes the highest authority and the most powerfull political figure in the fucking republic. One might even say he is in power of the senate, and possess a lot of nessecary shit to be able to pull off what he just did. So there is supposedly a dark lord controlling the senate, which would explain how said dark lord would be able to get emergency power over the senate like that if one were to be so bold as to accuse palpatine of such. But wait, there is of course a perfectly good reason behind all this. He just wanted to help, cause the jedi has just informed him that geonosis is making war machines. Those damn seperatists are at it again, we better move fast and fuck em up. So there is this army on this planet I can use ONLY if I get total power over ya'll of course. The jedis are now saved by the recently discovered clone troopers that isn't allowed to be used by the republic in the first place, one could really speculate how that came to be. Recently discovered army that dooku has tried to hide away, made for the republic.. hmm made for the republic.. an army that could be utilized by someone that has the power granted to him by the senate of course! It almost makes you think that there's a connection between what dooku said about a dark lord controlling the senate. Like, maybe dooku deleted those archives to hide away the army, and instead of destroying it, because it's for the republic. The hidden sith lord, that dooku was speaking of controlling the senate plans on using it to his advantage. Maybe that's why syfo dias is missing, cause dooku must have gotten rid of him and together with this dark lord planned some shit, which also explains why fett is dooku's pal. Now shits really starting to smell shit here. Palpatine getting emergency power, in order to be able to use a clone army to destroy a planet. Thise clones made for the republic that dooku hasn't destroyed but tried to hide away from the jedi. A dude that claims the sith lord, his boss is controlling the senate.. it's almost like palpatine might actually be a sith lord. It's not like the bounty hunter that tried to kill padmé was ordered by jango fett to kill her, who was ordered by dooku who was ordered by palpatine. It's not like palpatine fits dooku's discription and that all fits incredibly well if you "reverse engeneer" the events of the past few days. Tldr: Obi wan is a halfwit

I think this fight is one of the most rollercoaster in quality in the whole franchise. It's swaps between great pauses showing off character and gleeful evilness of dooku toying with Obi wan, to camera shots of character spinning colours around themselves for no reason and awkward swings that look really bad
