The alcohol pouches are a good proposition. Previously I had to go to a specialty liquor store in order to buy a tiny bottle of sherry to make a soup, and I've had similar issues with cooking wine.

Yes I agree. And I find it rather strange with how differently they deal with some pitches. I'm sure in in many other episodes the people are asked who they'd prefer or have in mind and not receive a reaction like that!
Sara was positively fuming after that. You could see it in her facial expression. She was seething. Deborah Meaden kept it professional and left her personality at the door. Good on her.

Like for cost of pouches vs a bottle is not relevant for the problem she is trying to solve. It is better to buy a bottle if you are going to use it all but for a one of meal then the pouch is the winner.
Exactly, smaller packages are always more expensive by volume, but they're great if that's all you want. That's exactly the problem she was solving. Irrelevant complaint.

I hate that bullshit question of "which dragon do you want?". if you don't answer or say all of them they're all like "wow you don't even know what you want for your own business. you don't even know our value? how can I invest if you don't know our value?" and if you do answer the ones you don't like are annoyed at you
Businessman needs to be able to answer tough questions. For example you can say "I want a dragon who likes my products" or "I want one who can help me with marketing". Just be smart.
@@annaagapova3583 So they can ask "tough" questions, but can not handle the reality of only one person being first choice, one being second, one being third, etc. Especially hypocritical when they in the end operate the same way. When they want "to do anything". They will call their first choice first and when they decline call the second choice. It is how every transaction happens in real life.
Even more they are often insulted when you ask them about what they can offer or do better compared to another dragon. When in reality that is how you come do a decision when you literally buy anything. They expect you to decide between offers based on nothing though or based on some internetgossip you read about them before you came to the show.

First pitch had an unnecessary start
The guy doing the first pitch was a muppet and Deborah really did not like him, especially when he cockily said he "sold drugs" before launching this. Jokes like that are not taken well in the Den and Deborah had a face like thunder. I don't blame her either.

It always annoys me when Peter almost always mentions his other sauce in the past. At least SauceStream was accepted, not the other two. We'll see what'll happen!!

Silicone is plastic. The only functional difference is that it takes even longer to degrade.
The product USP is clearly that people try one then trust the brand, and can buy mostly from them while maintaining variety. It's a good concept but he's not using it well.
