Doctor when I tilt my head down and touch chest with my chin my rhomboid feels like pulling and my shoulder blade hurts. When I tilt my head up (max) it hurts and my upper backbone feels like tight and hurts. I think I have pinched nerve somehow but I don't know exactly. Please give me a solution

I don't normally comment on videos, but must say this is an excellent presentation. I love it when people are brief and to the point without a great deal of talking about themselves, or family and friends, or their jobs, etc. VERY PROFESSIONAL !!! You are gifted in how you use words to explain !!!

I want to thank you for making these educational self-help circuits!! I’ve been doing this routine for five days now and the relief is unbelievable!
For others who are just getting started with the moves, stick to them, but also ensure that your posture throughout the day is excellent. That was a huge part of my issue - a dropped shoulder that is rotated forward and slightly rounded. Correcting for that, along with following great stretches and strengthening exercises these past few days and I’m already feeling so much better!! I truly felt hopeless less than a week ago.
I’ve done physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments, cortisone injections, and more. Turns out, none of this was addressing my poor posture and tight shoulder/upper back dysfunction.

Wow... Just wow. I have been struggling with shoulder impegement for about 15 years. It's my mistake not visiting doctor to confront it. I like to working out intensely and I had to avoid these specific shoulder movements. Pain levels rised with muscle mass. I started to follow excersizes from different CZcamsrs. Most of them are about strengthening back/ back shoulders. My posture got better but the pain stayed. And here I am. 40 minutes after these excersizes I finally feel almost relieved! Can't wait for results in a month.

I am experiencing shoulder impingement for the first time… first of all it scared the begeebee’s out of me… was unable to mobilize no greater than doing daily ADL’s. These exercises are a welcomed addition to my daily exercises… it also builds on my Physical therapy lessons… thank you for for clear and concise information/videos👍

This video helped so much!Something that I will say about the wall shoulder moving stretch, if you turn your hand inward (in the video he only does it outward) you may get a better stretch like I did to relieve pain in other certain areas of the shoulder

I don’t want to jump the gun because I’m scared I’ll jinx it but I swear my arm and shoulder feels 20% better which is huge for me. I haven’t been able to lift my one arm to wash my hair without horrific pain. The volume in your video is very even and good compared to others and your direction is simple and straightforward. Just great. Thank you so much Dr. Rowe. SUBSCRIBED!😃

I’m suffering from a shoulder impingement for more than two years now. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since the range of motion is so limited (also the pain is excruciating). I’ve seen two physical therapists who were unfortunately not that effective, but since a week ago I got a new one who’s practices are finally working. After so many years I’m finally seeing an improvement. It’s a huge relief, cause I really thought that this was going to be my shoulder forever.
Right now I’m doing some exercises every other day between the therapy sessions, one that focuses on strengthening en pain relief of the shoulder. I’ll be implementing these stretches for the days that I don’t do the exercises, they look effective and rather simple. Hope it will help in the during the recovery of this disability.
