Dude; US Inflation will more likely be 5.25% by the end of the year, and that is partly because stock unavailability ahead driving even higher prices. Gas is up what 80% since Trump was in office?
Inflation is not even 4%, what a lying shmuck Janet Yellen is. The CPI reports it at about 5.2% year over year. However they pick and choose what is represented in the CPI therefore even 5.2% is an under statement. Just look at how home and vehicle prices shot up about 40% while groceries and miscellaneous monthly bills shot up 10%. No wonder there are supply chain issues, from a domestic and foreign trade stand point it’s hard for logistics and shipping companies to settle on inflated transportation rates. This rates are what squeeze the supply chains and force many manufacturers to delay production due to missing necessary components.
There is nothing Honorable about Yellen, how Senator Kennedy has the patience with bold faced Liars is impressive.

Hopefully there are the new gen, like Boebert, Taylor Greene, Hawley, Gaetz and few others that seem to be not so afraid, yet. But you see what happened to Gaetz. If inflation was calculated like it was in the late 70's it would be in double digits. When you leave staples like rent, gas, and critical food items out of inflation calculations the government stated inflation is nothing but a bad joke. It is the low and middle income people who are the least able to afford the consequences of inflation who are being financially devastated.

Actually people on a fixed income are most affected. Meaning the retired and disabled. Salaries will eventually have to be risen to account for inflation. Meanwhile, a retired persons life savings is now worth less and there will be no recourse.

I appreciate you questioning the level of suffering people are going through while in this pandemic, while disregarding democrats having a majority for the past year. It’s been difficult living out of my car trying to find a job with these executive orders and mandates, but I stay optimistic. I’d apply for unemployment, but as we’ve seen, states and the federal government are now requesting people pay back benefits, doesn’t seem worth it. For a party that claims to fight for the rights of workers/impoverished, they sure have an odd way of showing it, especially when so many of their bills are hand outs to big businesses they supposedly stand against. Pretty hypocritical.

Can't actually have people knowing the truth about inflation... They won't be able to hide it this time though. We're finally in the end game for the dollar, at least as world reserve currency, and that's going to mean much higher prices on a great many things people need.
