So when the Montana US Attorney sends a letter to law enforcement about how to imposed the USAG's proposal to treat parents like domestic terrorists, it would be insane to believe that the USAG's office didn't receive a copy or that someone in his office didn't read it. And if it's one of his direct reports, the USAG really should have read it when it reached his desk.

That sounds great, who is gonna work for my wife and I while one of us stays home to teach our kids. It's a great idea, but not realistic for many parents.
Not a practical solution. Most adults, (by no real fault of their own) aren't capable of teaching a student through highschool. Anecdotal as this is, every homeschooled person I've ever known is pretty badly educated and poorly adjusted. Also, it can make college admission difficult. I know the "fuck college" sentiment is popular with this crowd, but closing doors on your child in an attempt to exert total control over them and the opinions and situations to which they're exposed isn't fair to them. Also, people kind of need to work in order to support themselves and their families. I guess the real question is- what sacrifices are you prepared to make? Homeschooled in a tent.

@@jaycee8329 where I formerly lived, 26 families left public schools & enrolled in Christian schools, which is a great school now increased to grades 1-12. Also the home school coop helps others who work. These kids tested higher than the ones in public & taught respect & values!
