We are lucky to have the mind of David Seymour focussed on helping NZ move forward.
David embodies a real politician …using his mind to co ordinate:his character, his actions, his brain ,his communications, his abilities, and his time to benefit all New Zealanders..
He is AUTHENTIC and people feel it and respond to it.
    Go David!

So are councils and regional councils, the whole system needs a rethink, you could possibly get the same or better out comes for 80% less beuracratic cost, local representatives only on things that are actually needed, rates into one big pot like taxes, rules for fair distribution based on need and projected growth, departments for infrastructure that could actually do things with scale as not replicated in each seperate zone.

Exactly. That can't be done while governments keep handing over money to Maori. $3 billion in last 3 labour budgets (2021-2023) by Robertson for what he termed "Maori Initiatives"> Then National and Willis in her pre-Xmas mini budget, gave Maori $48 million for their haka boogey pissup in early 2025. Willis signalled that National will be carrying on where labour left off. All the while our health, roading and transport systems are sub-3rd world. $3 billion would have paid for the new ferries which National cancelled.

In 1980 David Lange said this. "The TOW was forged in a time when categories mattered, we don't live in that world today." He's referring to the absolute moral categories of the Bible whereby intellectual certainty is guaranteed. This is why the Bible once lived in our Court's. The advent of our current Postmodern Post-Christian day is the world that Lange understood that we were living in. Modernity is born after the rejection of the Scholastic Tradition during the Renaissance Enlightenment Period. It is highlighted by its romance to the absolute moral categories of the Bible. At Immanuel Kant, Modernity as a thought system contrary to the biblical narrative regarding how we generate knowledge of and about things, does. The Postmodern Post-Christian day is born. We're well into it today although countries like America Australia and NZ have just arrived. NZ became a Postmodern country in 1973 after the UK abandoned NZ for the EEC. NZ went broke. The bromance with Brittania was over. Australia becomes Postmodern after the election of Julia Gillard. America in 1973 Roe vs Wade shifted the value of the individual from the personal narrative of the Bible, to the Impersonal machine science section. NZ's greatest gift is its Anthem sung in two tongues by One people. There isn't another country like us in the world. So, people must first address the Philosophic Basis for the TOW. We know that it was not applied or practiced consistent with the Bible and mostly misunderstood by both party's. This is because it was forged during Modernity. Lange knew this, and he also knew that the biblical narrative was fundamental for the future of humanity. Trying to explain this to an NZ that doesn't know what Modernity is and after its death is a challenge but not impossible. What is Postmodern Post-Christian? You bring your ideas to the objects and the objects become conformed to your awareness of them. " I'm a lesbian tractor." The Bible was important for the TOW because its authored by a NO BUT Godhead. It's the only offensive tool available to subdue a Postmodern Post-Christian day. Some people will say that the Bible is about a white God for white people. However this is irrational ignorance. A white God is no God at all if it's limited to a physical condition. Anyhow Jesus was African Ask Putin the Great Christian. Throw the TOW down the shithouse and start with God defend New Zealand 🙏🏾💪🏾🇳🇿
