When you have members of parliament openly inciting sedition, the hammer needs to fall swiftly and heavily. This is a direct challenge to the legitimacy of NZ's parliament founded solely on principles of racism. It has no redeeming features or points for consideration. Justice should be swift and communicate zero tolerance for MPs engaging in sedition. Just because the sedition laws are off the books doesn't mean there aren't a variety of other laws in effect to punish anyone who brings such ill repute to the nation's democracy and outright calls for a race war.
