  • Combining L theanine and caffeine has been an absolute miracle for me and so many other people that couldn't drink coffee before. This even works if you drink coffee on an empty stomach while fasting as I do.
We're also going over how L theanine helps to combat all of coffee’s negative side effects while at the same time boosting your focus, productivity and keeping your mind relaxed during it all.

Coffee’s side effects can be more prevalent when drinking it on an empty stomach - something I do daily with Intermittent fasting. Since I started adding theanine to my coffee I no longer experience, jitters, crashes, upset stomach or difficulty focusing on one thing at a time.
Theanine also has other benefits that have been well documented and further studies are also taking place when it comes to benefits towards:
Protecting against age related brain diseases
Reducing stress, anxiety and helping with depression
Improving sleep, focus, productivity, and over all well- being
    Mixing it into your Coffee:
It dissolves pretty well into liquids and has nearly zero taste which is awesome.
    MORE INFO:
Benefits on cognitive function and memory: www.sciencedirect.com/science...
Theanine’s structure is very similar to glutamate and reduces anxiety along with a slew of other effects by blocking the glutamate receptors and simultaneously stimulating the production of Gaba.
Gaba - Is a neurotransmitter who’s primary function is to inhibit excitatory responses in the brain. Essentially controlling fear and anxiety by helping to calm down the brain.
Glutamate - Is the most abundant neurotransmitter with the opposite effect making it excitatory to the brain's neurons. While this is very necessary when we have too much glutamate activation such as when caffeine is present this makes us more susceptible to stress and anxiety.

Thank you so much for this info! Great video! :) I realize that there is some l-theanine in the preworkout I had been using in the last weeks and I definitely feel much sharper cognitively and less anxious than in the last few years. Coming back from a burn out in 2018, I was slow, anxious and I had a limited amount of energy. So the contrast is amazing! I never felt so good since I was a teen! I thought exercice was the explanation. And while it probably is part of it, I think I have been boosting my system with this l-theanine whithout knowing it! Yay! :D

I spent years, almost 2 decades on anxiety and sleep medications. everything from Xanax to Ambien, Buspar to Zoloft you name it, my doctors gave it to me. I simply could not make my mind stop racing and when It was time to sleep it was only worse, no matter how tired I was. two weeks ago my sister started sending me Gaba, l tyrosine and HTP 5. I added L theanine a few days later. I can't even describe how I feel right now. I haven't taken a prescription pill since I started and the feeling is like an out of body experience. It's like this is how I was supposed to be since birth. I'll just have to see what it does in the long run but I just can't understand why the doctors didn't give me this.

That health practitioner made a scan of my body and I had high levels of heavy metals, probably because of eating lots of non-organic vegetables as a vegan. So I started buying organic vegetables as far as it is possible for me as student, so to get rid of that metal stuff I use the alpha lipoic acid. @@paullevine2834 Yea that definitely shows there's some manipulation going on with the ingredients. All we want is that sweet L- theanine!, not so sweet but kinda... That's one thing I've found to be such a blessing - its so neutral in taste.

@@nextlevelwarrior I am on Source naturals at the moment and this is some really good one, pretty strong and my focus becomes so sharp its unbelievable
Ive tried natures trove and NOW l theanine and both of them kinda suck for me whilst most say they good brands
I have also ordered nutricost L Theanine as someone recommended it as number 1 :D
Do you use any other brands? If so name them please from a z from top to worst
      Cheers bro

@@paullevine2834 Yea it's so wild, like this perfect key to really unlocking that alpha focused state. Mixed with caffeine it's crazy. More of the world will soon about this super underrated nootropic stack. You've done lots of experimenting!
I tried now as well and left that brand pretty quickly. Suntheanine is top rated but they also have a huge market share and tons of marketing influence. I used Suntheanine for a while but When I switched to bulksuppliments, I felt zero difference. Combined with the amazing price for buying bulk powder it was a no brainer. Though some people will need the convenience of having them already capped, instead of carrying around a little baggie of white powder hahaha.

That's a great question. I haven't researched into that side of it, but I'm looking to experiment with some friends that do have it by giving them a bunch to test out a daily protocol with theanine. From my experience, I feel way more scattered in my attention and easily distracted when I don't have l Theanine with coffee. I say to try it out. It's worth the experiment. I'll have discount code links shortly for the brand I've been using for a few years

Lol. I used to feel very strongly about that. Seems like an impossible battle though or more so - pointless. We can only be responsible for ourselves. I didn't actually start till I was 26 and finally started doing strategic cycles off the stuff every month.

Next Level Warrior Seems imposible because of the insane stress our body’s have to go through just to balance itself with even moderate amounts. I felt high jacked. The Big Drink companies want us to be addicted. In my opinion the short term gain isn’t worth the long term Destruction of my health. From anxiety to depression, Disruption of sleep. No thanks. And we all no what a living hell it is to get off it. Most of us never do. It’s the perfect business model. My hope is one day it will have warning signs similar to wacky tobaccy. It’s not that I care if someone gets off caffeine or not people will do what they do. It’s only my hope we understand it isn’t healthy. Period. We have been Duped.

@@inbetweenutube I hear ya. I was really blown away to see caffiene in the ingredients list after what felt like 15 years of avoiding cola's since dropping a small persons worth of weight. People dont realize how realize how much it impacts their sleep. I have to cut off by 2pm max and it still makes me laugh when people tell me they can have it after 6pm and "it doesnt affect their sleep" Theres alotta -funny- things in the world that keep duping us. Best thing we can do is lead by example in how we take care of ourselves. So I promise I will not directly tell people to drink lotsa caffiene :) but im happy to show people how to atleast moderate and better understand what its doing within the body.
