Figuring Life Out 1: Battling Sleep Disorders and Waking Up for Al-Fajr

It seems like the root cause of all the problems caused by our Nafs ( Self ) is the lack of self-discipline and that leads to lack of of Trust in Ourselves.
It's all in our hands .

I have been struggling in getting up for tahajjud and Fajr because of my internship and my studies (i am CA student) , thank you for this video..i needed this❤

A sleep study may not be a bad idea. I did one and even though I am not much of a snorer, I did end up having sleep apnea. One CPAP machine later and I am starting to see progress. Sometimes it really is just a medical issue. Inshallah we will both be making fajr consistently soon.

My condition too is a health issue , anemia that causes me fatigue and need to stay on bed , I m on a treatment now , and I feel better alhamdulillah..... And i m seeing progress too . May Allah Bless you 🍀
