How to assemble IKEA SONGESAND bed frame

So the IKEA SONGESAND arrived on your doorstep but you're not sure how to assemble the bed frame? If you have never assembled an Ikea bed before and the only manual you have is a set of pictures, the task might seem overwhelming at first. Sometimes you may need a little bit more guidance, watch my video demonstration and your package contents will soon be looking like the bed you were dreaming of. You don’t need any sophisticated tools, but remember to purchase a very good quality PZ2 or PH2, to avoid frustration.
Ikea Songesand bed frame is sturdy, with soft, profile edges and high legs. A classic shape that will last for many years. Also, it possible to purchase spacious storage boxes which go under the bed where you can keep your bedding or clothes.

Yes, the slates need to be buy separately.
There are two types:

It depends on your frame size. I bought a mattress in a mattress store. Ikea beds have 4 standard sizes, you can buy the mattress either in the Ikea shop or somewhere else, they will definately fit. Mind you can choose the hardness as well as the size.

My Malm bedframe is curved/bend 😢, It is not even one month usage 😢 i am use 120x200 malm bedframe, i want to know if this songesand is sturdy enough, thank you🙏
