Sorry, this week has been so boring and long.
I'm tired and I've got no intriguing stories this time 😪.
WAIT... except for the fact that our power went out for two days this week.
It was due to lightning and thunderstorms.
So, I suppose that's not very intriguing but that's how my week has been.
I did needle felt a little watermelon Shiba Inu dog while the power was out.
He's not finished but he's looking cute!
While needle felting, I watched Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets on my tablet.
It was very relaxing 😌.
Let me tell you, that movie is a cinematic MASTERPIECE.
Only the first two Harry Potter movies are good.
They made the rest too dark and completely humorless.
That was due to a darn director change!
But anywho, The Chamber of Secrets is fantastic.
You know that feeling when you watch a movie for the first time and it feels almost unbearably long?
Yeah, well, The Chamber of Secrets is like that every time.
Even at its 2 hours and 40 minutes, I still love that movie.
It gives me a lot of nostalgia from when I was first reading and watching Harry Potter.
Wish I could go back and read it all again for the first time.
I swear when I say I'm not gonna tell a long story I go ahead and tell one.
Heh.
I probably shouldn't bring too much of my Harry Potter nerdiness here....
But dang, that series just hits me every time.
I'm on my 4th round of the series and have been stuck on the same book for over a year.
It's a mixture of not wanting the books to end and the fact that reading doesn't hold my attention.
I'm not into reading as much as I used to be.
That's mostly due to school force-feeding me such dull and boring literature that I lost my own will to read.
If we're gonna read Shakespeare can we please read it in modern English?
PLEASE, I am begging you!
I'm SO glad that I've got all my English credits and do not have to endure another English class next year.
These "classics" they have us students read are just classically BORING.
I love fantasy books.
The only fantasy genre books I've ever read in school were Shakespeare plays.
And man, I didn't think I could hate fantasy more.
I miss the days where I could just read and be enveloped into the story.
I guess I still am enveloped into my favorite stories.
It's just that I used to be able to read for hours on end, completely focused.
I suppose that's because those were books I was reading for the first time.
Ah, I'm rambling on, sorry!
I used to like this fantasy series called Keeper of The Lost Cites.
I sure was enveloped in that story!
I read books 1-5 twice in a summer.
After book 5 I stopped because the story got kinda lame....
Also, I didn't care enough about the characters to read the later books.
Unfortunately, they weren't super well fleshed-out, even after 5 books.
That didn't stop me from making really ugly art of the characters lol.
Ooooh, those books were notorious for having cliffhangers.
It was intriguing yet cheap simultaneously.
Well, all this writing has got me thinking.
Maybe I should pick up this Harry Potter book I've been stuck on for the past 15,000 years and finish it?
I guess I'll go do that now.
I'm sorry you had to endure this lengthy rant thing.
If you read down to here that's crazy.
Idek if this is all gonna make sense because it's late and my tired brain is behind this.

@@Allthingshamster she's a Dj/winter white dwarf, her name is taquito and she loves burrowing and she also loves broccoli and sunflower seeds. She is SUPER energetic and she was awake last night from 10;00pm to 7:00am and she was on her wheel for most that time 😂

Yeah, I agree the books are certainly so much better. There's no comparison lol!
I just think the first two movies are the most accurate (and even they leave details out)! So, I enjoy those the most outta all the movies. Because, I have to say, the rest aren't worth watching.

How do you figure out the miles on this?
As mentioned in the video, Niteangel has a chart on Amazon telling you the amount of rotations for each wheel size that will equal a mile. For my wheel, 2010 rotations is a mile.
