    My grandfather accompanied the tanks in the Korean War. The tank was hit by fire and my grandfather miraculously was one of the few to walk away. Horrible stories about that war. He always told me the winters were the worst, you didn't even want to urinate in the outhouses. Moreover, to this day in his 89 yr old state, he still has flashbacks about that war and his friends dying.

    The look of total hatred on the North Korean soldiers faces (when they pass the coffin over to the South Korean soldiers) shows how tense this area is.

    my grandfather who fought with the scottish regimant under the english army was shot then had to engage in hand to hand combat in which he was stabbed in the stomach and then the head , the blade ran across his scalp and luckly didnt pierce his skull but skidded sort of like and went through his ear, he then played dead and thankfully wasent shot or stabbed again, i coudlnt imagine being in that situation

    • @TXnine7nine
      @TXnine7nine Před rokem +2

      Depends on how hot or cold tensions between North and South are. In the 90s they would allow UN teams into NK to personally look for remains from the 50-53 war. Those trips haven’t happened for awhile though.

  • @corporalkang-in-chan7926

    Today there are still many remains of American, South Korean and allied soldiers who have not returned to their homeland, especially the Battle of Changjin Reservoir. The South Korea Ministry of Defense was unable to excavate because it was a North Korean territory

    Hmm north Korea seems like some smart people. Hey they might be able to be more substainable economy in some ways if they just got their act together, there is probably valuable things to be learned and taught on both sides truely benefitting everyone, as often is the case may be the best choice for everyone.
