If you can, tell Woody to tell Jackie to not use liquid soap like that again. Liquid soap binds water to fat, which is why it removes grease so effectively. It is lethal when ingested. That lipophilic action is why people die from Tide PODS®.

Woody's mom's religious transformation makes so much sense now....
Very very common.
It's hopeless she'll be able to self realize this.
But the cognitive dissonance won't allow her to realize just how awful what she did was

I mean this is very very uncommon for kids even back in Woody's time growing up
Woody literally got the shit beat out of him.
LMAO!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂
Not enough if you ask me
“What you call child abuse, I call childhood” one of the few relatable quotes from WoodT
If his childhood beatings are relatable than your parents are abusive because woody's parents probably should have faced jail time for the shit they did.

@@copcuffs9973 woof. Sorry for you homie, I never got that much. I totally had the bricks to me on occasion, but my parents were alot more verbal than physical, I get where you are coming from, but you can spring back from cigarette burns, or a bruise. Mental scars are alot harder to get rid of, often they go hand in hand. So I feel for you homie, I hope you get better. Even to this day my parents manipulate my feelings to forgive them, then immediately turn around and treat me like garbage that does nothing for them, as soon I get the chance I'm cutting ties and moving out of state to be a forest recluse. This phrase was told to me by boss. I went through a breakup and was in a really weird spot and that shit helped way more then a 19 yr old man would like to admit. saying that to myself kept myself from breaking down so much and kept me pushing and I'm about through it.

I grew up in a Jehovia's Witness family and child abuse was considered an important part of raising a child. They often spout that "spare the rod spoil the child" line in church all the time and my dad took it to heart.
Never punish while angry
Dad literally boxed me with bare fist. 240lb bodybuilder fireman, fueled by roids. Resulted in not being able to go to school for a week because of black eyes. Literal child abuse. Stopped when I was big enough from lifting and years of boxing on my end.

I once ran across the street without looking both ways, my mom beat me so hard my feet came off the ground every time they touched it again.😂😂
Bruh
Oh it shouldn't be but that's funny.
I remember trying to hide a pillow in my pants before a good whooping don't think it ever worked thou lol
I feel awful for woody, my mom was very similar when I was a child. She would hit me and my siblings just for "being too loud" which meant we weren't allowed to do things other kids were able to, like nerf guns or even playing games outside. Also had a time where I was hit hard enough on the head with a wooden spoon to break the spoon, simply for saying she hit me too much
I have a buddy who's dad was like that. We were 10 and one day he came to school was quiet and left early. It turns out he was eating out somewhere with his dad and sister. His sister said something funny and my freind laughed to loud. When he got home his dad made him go get a switch, he came back with one his dad considered to small so his dad went and cut a branch that was as thick as a silver dollar.
He was beaten so bad that he couldnt sit in the seats at school and was out for 2 days. His grandmother came and picked him up and she threatened his father (her son) that if he did that again she would shoot him.
I remember once we got caught smoking pot at 16 by his dad and he just commenced to close fist beating his son.
That shit stoped once he got 18 when his dad tried the same shit but my friend was stronger and told him that if he touched him again he would beat him to death.
He is still my best freind to this day and it's been over 20 years but you can tell the continuous abuse his dad gave has molded how he sees himself and the world.
I usually got a belt or open hand. It was never an actual beating and tbh I deserved it every time.

It was the opposite for me
My mom stopped hitting me once she saw I was much stronger than her. I’ll never understand the logic of parents hitting kids. All it does is normalize corporal punishment and abuse.
What Woody's teacher said about him is EXACTLY what my teacher said about me.
My dad's go to move was to throw me down a flight of stairs.
Holy shit
Yeah mine used to choke my out, fun times.
I was also called a retard by a teacher. Happened earlier to Woody. It was 3rd grade for me. My mom did stick up for me on that one though, she isn't allowed on that cities school properties for life.

My mom used to fish around the kitchen drawer and the sound of multiple potential beating tools clanging together always scared the shit out of me. "I YIELD, I YIELD!!"

That being said, I will make sure my future teenage son gets full on blasted in the face at least once before he's 18. My brother and I would get the belt from my dad. During my parents divorce he loaded us in the car and took us out down a dirt road.. beat the s*** outta us for no reason. Yeah, he's a great guy. Our relationship is now practically non-existent.
It’s also crazy seeing a lot of people try to justify their parents beating them. Or as they say now...cope. The beatings/whooping a parents give are only out of weakness and frustration. My dad never even had to threaten me physically, all he had to do was give me a look or attitude and I listened.
i empathize with my mom. single mom working full time trying to raise 2 kids. i really can't blame her for going off sometimes.
@Zak thisispublic why not try looking at both sides instead of just judging because you were obviously affected by discipline......like the man said, I totally understand why I got beaten, she was working numerous jobs whilst I was a little twat that took delight in the fact her punishment didnt bother me......I dont blame her one bit, as a father myself I only have to raise my voice to get the desired effect but my mother didnt have a man around to take that role so she did her best.
@Zak thisispublic its not an excuse, you’re undermining the stress single mothers go through when raising a family. that guy’s mom just had two, imagine like 4 kids acting up in the house with no dad to reprimand them. it would drive anyone crazy. while beating kids is not a good thing at all, can you really blame a single mom who’s working her ass off to take care of misbehaving kids? not everyone’s 100% mentally stable angels dude, parents can get frustrated really easily with the amount of shit they deal with on a daily basis.
Look at kids now and say beating doesnt work
@@ratking5629 you think that’s because of beatings? I bet the same percentage of kids get beat today than they did decades ago.

I remember at our house we'd have to be punished to find out that something was "bad." There was little instruction beforehand. It's like my parents never stopped to consider how "teacher" is inherent in the role of "parent" and they had to instruct me. I would see this principle play out years later when I briefly worked in customer service. People would call in and I'd have to gently remind them that I didn't know what they knew. That they had to tell me what they knew so that I could know it with them. It's astonishing to me how some people don't seem to realize how the rest of us can't read their minds.
I bet it wasn't the last time Woody shat himself whilst getting beat I imagine it still happens
