I find The more recent bosses samey, While cool as fuck, do not offer any kind of interesting gameplay unlike demon's souls bosses who have interesting quirks that you could abuse for your own benefit.

Pfft. Pathetic. I've beaten Bloodbourne without even touching a controller. I beat it with my mind. No hits. No deaths. In 15 minutes. The only one faster than me is my cousin Mose. The Schrute bloodline is strong with him. Our mental fortitude comes from tending the beet farm from 4am to 8pm 323 days a year.

@@StayFractalesque Dark Souls 1's Seath kind of makes that untrue, without glitches/skips. The only reason you can "no hit" it is because runners have the mutual understanding that it's scripted and doesn't really count.

@Zote The Blood starved beast always gives me a hard time. But, I also don't use items against bosses except healing/antidote and guns. His poison can be hard to deal with.

This game is a masterpiece. I've never put so many hours into a game, even more multiplayer focused games like shooters. I play through it at least once a year, never get bored of it somehow.

You can get an item in the lecture building or the nightmare of mensis called auger of Ebrietas and that’s the attack he uses so yeah you right

Still the best story line of any game IMO. They way the crazy story is weaved into the game and you have to discover it yourself by reading between the pages rather than being forced at you is just so addicting to me. I remember taking so many tries to kill most of those bosses that you managed in like 5 hits XD. GG bro, keep up the fire content!

@@LordofMonkes not even close. The DS series is the same story thru all 3 games. Like they didn’t change it once, it’s always “reignite the flame for a few more years of light” or “let the fire fade”. I was really hoping for a switch up in 3 but story wise it disappointed.

@Homelander It really is a similar story three different times but I like DS2's variation of it with Vendrick going to war with the giants, Manus' return, and lots of other crazy RPG elements with the side quests.

This run was the intense! There were some bosses that wouldn't cooperate and everything didn't go according to plan but squilla adapted and persevered. And he even popped off to Moon Presence at the end of it. Good shit, squilla. Congrats!

This is incredible. I finished the game once, didn't have the DLC. So bought the hard copy game of the year edition and it corrupted my save data. I ain't ever been back to it... but I can live it out again through this.

I'm doing a Bloodborne playthrough in early 2023, haven't played in at least a couple of years, and I am absolutely loving this game. I got the platinum trophy a long time ago, so I know it well, but maaaaan, is this a good game.
I saw another BB no hit run on CZcams by heyZuesHeresToast that was uploaded about a month and a half before this video. Idk who was actually first but then again I don't care, your challenge runs are impressive and I like your demeanor, especially with how stressful I imagine these runs can get at times. Plus, I saw you did the DLC on this video not long after your 0 hit run of just the base game. Rock on, Squilla.
Zeus did the first no hit run, but Squilla did the first no hit run all bosses + DLC. Hope that makes sense!

When I saw the title of this video I thought it was clickbait. A no hit run is so impressive and I dread to think how much effort goes into learning every encounter in such detail. I died about 20 times on my first play through which is a lot less than dark souls games. I put that down to the healing system and amount of blood vials in comparison to estus amount in dark souls. However, not being hit is almost unthinkable.
I finally play this gem and am struggling with Ludwig atm.

Did you know that with the Blueman Group boss there's an item that I think is called the Boneblade. (there's more to the name I know it) where if you get the actual guy of the group, he hangs back a bit from the rest, you turn the whole group on him and the whole boss fight turns into a joke as his bodyguards mob him.

There’s a neat trick I found that I haven’t seen so Imma just leave it here. You can fight Gherman and Moon Presence without ending the run if you hunter’s mark out. You can use a bold one to use the echoes to level or what have you. The ending cutscene commences when you reenter the boss room.
To add to that. It works if you use the bold hunter’s mark right when MP dies, and then you click reawaken right when the echoes show up at the top-right.

Watching your BloodBorne videos inspired me to finally attempt a blood level 4 run. I got all of the main bosses. But I didn't go for all bosses bc there's a few that I just know I cannot do. Among those is Gerhman, since he's considered optional I feel my run is complete. I'm still trying him, but I am not succeeding in any way. If I do get him then I'll be even more satisfied, but if not then my first ever not bl4 run is done!
Nope Gehrman is needed to complete the game. But impressive hope you can do it.

@@wraith7657 (I'm aware how late this is) But, no he's not "Required" to complete a BL4, he's an optional boss, fighting him leads to one of two endings, but the other ending of the 3 is accessed by not fighting, therefore making you incorrect.

I honestly did not know that the witches could attack. Late to the party but this was amazing to watch

jackskellingtonsora For witches, it seemed to make the mad one (the lanky pitch black guys that chase you around) they originally summon disappear. Emissary made a bad move so would've made the fight kinda sketchy, he honestly probably could've made it work, and since this is more about safe play than speed he decided to reset. That's what I picked up anyways.
Witches is because the mad ones won't spawn if you have zero insight, you gotta mark out because you get 1 insight every time you find a boss. I don't remember why for emissary

The strats he's using with beast blood pellets makes it more efficient to level damage instead of stamina, he doesn't need to swing alot if he does half a health bar in one combo.

How did he avoid the duplicate phase on mergo's wet nurse? By a stagger or something?
If you deal enough damage fast enough she won't do it, wet nurse has 3 "phases" the duplicate is 2nd phase, if you get the health low enough she'll skip straight to 3rd
@@13piecechrimby24 duplicate phase is not atcually phase, its AOE attack. And when she starts raising her hands up if you spam dodge button , you can dodge it. Thats what he did in his run
