Hi Taylor, thanks for sharing another awesome video. After watching a few other farming videos nothing compares to the quality of yours. You always explain in detail what and why you are doing it. Your down home personality is the reason you have so many followers. Thanks again. 🚜
Taylor, i was just thinking, how about getting a quick Disconnect for the Baler monitor, keeping the power cord attached to the battery and have the quick disconnect someplace where you can get to it easily, that way it would save you from attaching and disconnecting the power source from the battery everytime 😊
Really enjoy watching how other farms get there crop in. You explain everything so well. You definitely have farming figured out. You and Brent are a great team. Like watching you get it done with the international. Have a good week.
Great video Taylor, glad you took us with you. I presume that tedder can't be angled for the outside breed to throw it into the field more, nice to see you're getting some good weather finally.😊
Good day Taylor. Loved the shots you managed Noticed the girls were anxious to get out. That was some pretty good-looking hay. Of course, not being there, I can only go by what I see by your videos. Glad you got the Kubota fixed.. Makes it easy to get the work done when you can have tractors for certain jobs. Hope you get your haying done before the next rain comes. Good luck and loved seeing someone that is not afraid to tackle dirty jobs. God bless.
Please don't take this as sexist, but it is awesome to see a young lady leaning into this profession. You are obviously comfortable doing what you do, and maybe it will encourage other young ladies to experience just how great the farm life is. Well done!
Awesome video again Taylor thanks for sharing, before you know it you will be a Kabota fitter😅.Great how you have a go at anything take care and stay safe and thanks again 😊.
Hey Taylor, mechanical fuel pumps have a rubber composite diaphragm inside. When that diaphragm fails the pump not only stops pumping effectively but also allows the fuel to bypass and enter the crankcase. Most have a small vent hole which also acts as a tell-tale that the pump has failed. Checking the oil level before each use and catching the over full can save you a engine overhaul. I recently had to replace the fuel pump on my 1964 F100 which I also had installed a 351m😊
I enjoy seeing the ladies!! Happy u got a stretch of dry weather and r haying! Just a little fyi: Generally, mechanical fuel pmps r designed basically as a '2 part' unit (even if it appears as a solid unit)....1 side is wet (where the fuel flows)...the other side is dry (where the actuator arm is). There is a gasket membrane separating the 2 sections, keeping the fuel where it belongs. Typically, the actuator arm is driven via a concentric lobe on the camshaft. When the membrane deteriorates, it can allow fuel to flow into the engine crankcase. Stay safe out there....and don't forget to wear sunscreen!!
Taylor none of the hay is actually wasted as it goes in the manure pit and turns into fertilizer. Glad to see you finally have dry hay. I so enjoy how personal you are with the cows. Reminds me of my youth on my uncles small dairy farm.
Good morning, Taylor. The girls looked so content all lined up, watching you record your video, while chewing their bubble gum! 😂🐮 Hope your weekend wraps up nicely for you, Taylor.
Good Morning Miss Tay and Mr Brent. Looks to be Beautiful there in Maine. I hope you have all bumper crops this year. Would like to know if you did get 40 bales off that field? I'll geuss 42.. Bales.
That is the transfer pump (aka lift pump) you changed. It draws fuel from the tank and pushes into the injection pump. That style injection pump is lubricated by engine oil and the lift pump is drive off the injection pump camshaft which is running in engine oil. When the lift pump fails internally it will leak fuel into the injection pump case and mix with the engine oil in there. If the engine oil gets diluted by fuel it thins out and loses lubricity which is hard on the moving parts like crank/rod bearings and injection pump cam. Another excellent video, always enjoy seeing what's going on around the farm!

Just some hints 1. Mounted breaker for the baler power wire.( Near the battery) 2. Plug in connector for the baler at the rear of the tractor.( With a cover for when not in use) 3. Glad to see you protecting your hearing. Also be conscious of skin exposure to the sun. ( skin cancer) Stay young safe and healthy. Keep On Postin
Hi Taylor, do you have your own bull or use AI? I know some diary farms will small holding use AI instead of using a bull. I bet you will be glad to get that bayling done in the wet paddock. The 3 tractors are repaired and back working. Now you can go finish the cutting and baling of all the hay, that if it doesn't rain again. Thanks for another great video of your dairy farm. Chris from Australia 🇦🇺.
Great videos think about getting a fused link an come from stater so don’t take chance of wire shorting out if does will blow fuse hope weather gets better hello from iowa
Mechanical fuel pumps (that’s what you have on the Kubota) are mounted over a hole in the side of the block. A lever on the pump usual rides on the cam shaft and moves a diaphragm which pumps the fuel. When that diaphragm fails fuel leaks passed it and into the engine oil. That is the extent of my mechanical fuel pump knowledge and I’m sure it’s not completely correct. Hopefully someone here will correct me if I’m wrong.
If the diaphragm on the fuel pump is bad.( The fuel pump has a lever that is actuated by a lobe on the cam or crank shaft). It could allow fuel to get into the crankcase. this is bad because the fuel will mix with the engine oil. this dilutes the oil and could damage the engine bearings. So check your oil level often, if the oil on the dip stick rises, that could indicate fuel is getting into the crankcase. Due to a internal fuel pump leak. Not a good thing.
To answer your question about how the fuel gets in the engine that is a fuel pump so there's fuel on one side and the other goes into the crank case as you can see so there has to be a seal between the two and that seal is bad therefore leaking diesel into the engine crankcase
you're the "Gate Boss! It's amazing they have green pasture, but they'll eat hay! Sky looks like rain! I always get rid of those pinch clamps for real ones, sometimes they don't seal tight enough! When I was a kid, the old timers didn't let one piece of hay get away! Cut out every corner, and after you bales, you raked the scatterings, and bale that!
Great video Tay as always 👍. My phone 📱broke had to get a new phone 📱not with metro anymore went with another carrier called cricket have you heard of that carrier?
I hope he doesn't get hay wrapped up around the driveshaft on the pickup truck driving over the hay rows with the hay rake.we had 76 Chevy 4×4 that had full time 4wheel drive front driveshaft got wrapped up with hay destroyed transmission oil pan and oil seal on front differential input shaft.Loss of gear lube then ruined ring and pinion gear set.
Great job Taylor and Brent!! Thank you Taylor for taking your time to share with your subscribers!!! The transfer pump you all changed has a diaphragm in it that will split after time and allow the fuel to bypass and go by the pump plunger into the engine oil where the engine camshaft is that drives the transfer pump. Please be careful and God bless you!!!!! Eddy
Wouldn't it be nice of u could snap your fingers and jobs are done on the farm? Lol I like to see you using new camera techniques, run the camera better than I ever could
On that pump you replaced on the Kubota. It has a diaphragm that keeps the fuel and oil separate. The diaphragm goes bad and fuel leaks into the oil.
That International tractor is a cool ride!👍👌✌️🇺🇸
It sure is!😀
fuel leaks through the diaphram out where that lever is into the oil . good work t&b!
I hope you did a fresh oil change on the Kubota, that oil got contaminated and could result in destroy rod and main bearings.
You guys need some good John Deere tractors on the farm
Red is better Green crap
Great job Taylor ! Enjoy your videos very much , thanks for sharing your experience

Yes it was super! Thanks for watching 😊
Awesome video again Taylor thanks for sharing, before you know it you will be a Kabota fitter😅.Great how you have a go at anything take care and stay safe and thanks again 😊.
Nice job replacing the fuel pump on the Kubota. That hay looked really good hope you get even more bales than you expect. Stay safe and healthy Tay.
Ahhh, the one handed tussle with the neck chain clasp, all just to let the you tube crew to travel along! Appreciate it.

Hi!! Yup they’ve gotten used to my camera shenanigans ☺️ Thanks so much hope you have a lovely week!
Any updates on what the mechanic did to fix the International or did i miss it? Thanks for another great video!

Love to see a hard working young lady geting it done
those pumps have a like rubber diaphragm that get a hole in and it runs into the engine oil
Ahh! Thats great to know thanks for the info!!
Keep up the good videos. Bringing back memories of helping my uncle on his farm❤

Where the pump bolts to it's leaking through the pump into the case it's bolted to. Then goes into the crank case of the engine.

Awesome footage always keep stepping and fetching 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
Fuel in oil is usually a bad injector, check if your oil level is too high you can add lucas or drain the oil before you ruin the bearings
That fuel pump arm runs against the cam when the diafram gets old it leaks internally into the engine block that’s when you start making oil
Your boss is lucky to have you
finally real hearing protection😊 with music😉
If that was me id be listening to good old Johnny Cash! And in the dairy barn to like we used to.
you're the "Gate Boss! It's amazing they have green pasture, but they'll eat hay! Sky looks like rain! I always get rid of those pinch clamps for real ones, sometimes they don't seal tight enough! I like that title 😅 Pretty sure our girls have never ending stomachs! All hay is precious on a farm☺️ thanks for watching!
The fuel pump must have an internal leak draining back into injector pump and into oil the injector pump is lubricated with the engine oil.
Hi Taylor,
Nice video's
Brent must be a good boss to let you video him.
Do you plan on buying a herd someday, and milking on your own?
I have a friend of mine that has a Kubota m95s as well just a few weeks ago I had him take my picture of me sitting up in the cab of it!!
😄 that’s great!
Hey Taylor
I hope you changed the Engine Oil in the Kubota.
Nice vid👍
Hi Tay? I was wondering if you ever hose down the cows and wash them with some kind of cleaner? Thank you Tay!
Thank u for the video I'm glad that it was a easy fix hope u get the hay in good time love u guys
Us too!
Really good videos 👍🏼
I enjoy watching all your videos keep up the great work
Glad you like them! Thanks 😁
Great video Tay as always 👍. My phone 📱broke had to get a new phone 📱not with metro anymore went with another carrier called cricket have you heard of that carrier?
Another great vid
Thank you!
Hello from Collinwood Tennessee great video girl 🐄🐄🐄🙏🏻
Hi!! Thank you ☺️
Thank you 🙏🏻
U guys ever thought of putting auto take offs in? Delaval would be the way to go for that.
hi Tayler nice to see you again hi from Norway
Does Brent ever get hay wound up around the drive shaft on his truck when raking?
I hope he doesn't get hay wrapped up around the driveshaft on the pickup truck driving over the hay rows with the hay rake.we had 76 Chevy 4×4 that had full time 4wheel drive front driveshaft got wrapped up with hay destroyed transmission oil pan and oil seal on front differential input shaft.Loss of gear lube then ruined ring and pinion gear set.
A team effort, and to make your season as successful as possible,
Does tettering just turn it over to allow even drying? It seems logical. I love the channel you two work great as a team.
Yes, that’s absolutely right 🙂 I’m so glad you are enjoying!!😊
Mükemmel bir ev kadınısı sarışı
Just curious is theur any reason you put the t a in the low side before you got off to show us the hay I never seen that done before
Tractor won’t shift into neutral unless you move the ta for some reason
That's probably a none return valve which means the flow only goes one way
I noticed the fuel guage bouncing in this video. I forget what video you mentioned that in.😊
Hi there kitty is doing well she was a good
Just love your videos youg lady. Just makes my day when I can watch your latest video 😁😎👍🙏🙏
Wow, thank you!
The Massey looks better now.
Taylor kept saying Kubota in the videos and I thought it was a pet name for the farm vehicle. 😅 City Slicker of course I am.
Thanks for the videos!
Be fun to see a milk truck video sometime
You have a positive humer about you
I miss disking that was one of my favorite jobs besides milking.
👍🏻it is an awesome job!
Leaks through the diaphragm
😃
Hello 👋 Brent
Is that the Massey that brent bought when you guys were shopping
Tay it a fuel pump, the lever rides on a cam the moves it up and down that’s pumps the fuel to the carburetor the oil leak should be fixed now
No carburetor on a Diesel ⛽ engine, called a fuel injection pump. The pump that went bad called a fuel transfer or supply pump.
How long have you been working for your boss
About ten years total part time and full
They are do you people ever use cornstarks for betting on the cows
I noticed the fuel gauge
I think Bret needs to find time to cut himself some logs and fashion a bridge across the ditch
Wouldn't it be nice of u could snap your fingers and jobs are done on the farm? Lol I like to see you using new camera techniques, run the camera better than I ever could
I rather have my green as to dry
.. sometimes I like to keep it unreal ...?!!!
Does that 1066 have a foot throttle?
Yup, sure does!
Wow, I've never seen one in-person.
still watching
😃👍🏻👍🏻
never see you grease anything grease and oil are cheeper than parts and labour
Hey Taylor just turned 37 Saturday. What do you listen to......just courious
Happy belated birthday! Lots of different things but that day lots of Micheal w smith 😀
