great review, just what I needed!!
Useful video, keep uploading and help people.
Thanks
Thank you from Germany.
I wont to bye this backpack for the first tours with my little kids. So I need a backpack to pack the equipment for three person. My son is nine years, he can drag a lil bit but my daughter is four years and she cant drag more than his jacket and food for the day.
You can go for the higher capacity versions of this one. 80L or 100L. The 60L is sufficient for just one person.
great video
👌👌👌
I have 70+10 l and its good.
Bought this 50+10 ltrs varient yesterday.. expensive though.. will test and c how it is actually.
Sure bro
But far cheaper than Arc'teryx, Patagonia, Osprey and so on...
Hi! I just bought the 70+10 L variant. What's the max weight it can hold? Doing ruck runs and marches. Prepping for enlistment in the armed services. Thanks!
Hi! I've myself put 32kgs just to test it. Works perfectly. For the actual trek it was around 22 not more.
@@NiharShrotri noted on this! Thanks!
Welcome
Hello buddy nice review
I am confused about one feature,
I have decided to go with mtair500 or symbium 900. I am not sure about the use of 2 curved aluminium rods at the back panel.
Care to throw some light on it?
Those are just the back support rods. They pass in-between the cushioning and the bags back side
You can take those out and fight bears or other wild animals encountered in the trek, work as perfect machettes, common scenario in himalayan treks
Please help me in removing the top mount from the bag, so that i can use it as an extra sling bag.
It was a feature there for the old versions. Not this one
How did you decide on the medium back support setting?
Does it depend on your height? Is there a standard chart for this?
There's a chart online on their website
I can’t find it please can you send the link
www.decathlon.in/qr/963042/-1
@@NiharShrotri there is no chart. Suggest a setting for 178cm height please
It seems the chart in not there. Check this out www.decathlon.in/p/963085/hiking-bags-and-backpack/mountain-hiking-backpack-40l-mh500-black?id=963085&type=p
The 40l version mentions it. It's not mentioned in the 30L. On my Backpack It's clear engraved at the back that the bag is suitable for >=170cm (5.7ft)
Bro I have purchased it recently 80L.. no doubt it’s very nice. The only doubt I am having is can we use locking in this bag.. is it safe in plane or train ??? Can you please reply for this
I usually keep it like that only. There's no locking feature in this line the old symbium model
Hey brother i tried the promo code that you provided but it is not working is there any terms and conditions for that perticular code to work ?
Hi. Let me check. I'll get back to you
@@NiharShrotri okay
Hey its working
@@NiharShrotri no it's not working bro. What to do ?
I tested it myself actually. Make sure that you are typing it right OTRNIHAR15
I have trek 100, recently I buy trek 500,but the shoulder support is not good in trek 500,as the backback have fiber support and thin sourrounding metal frame,no aluminium strip is there . Confused what to do
Some of my friends do have the 500 model and they're happy with that. In 900 mainly the cushions are bigger and have some more adjustment straps rest is quite similar. So in the end it comes to individuals body frame. Fiber support is fine
I'm not a frequent traveler/trekker but i want to have perfect one😩... 2P fresh & black tent + quechua 1P cooking set + pipe attached portable stove woth 3-4 canister+ simple light weight mattress from quechua+ foldable chair + and some army roll cloths and microfiber towel ...so my confusion is that where this combinations can be fit conveniently? 60L travel bag 100 is enough or trek 100 or any other varient from forclaz? I dont want to upload/ hanging tent in outside of the bag its look like bulky 😂... i need suggestion from you ... please 🥺
Hey. It seems you'll need atleast 80L for the mentioned combination. It won't fit in 60L. 60 is perfect for supported hikes where locals carry the food and tents.
@@NiharShrotri exactly... so I have to minimise my stuff according to 60L size
Yes. But I still think that I'm someone who really carries the bare minimum. Having 80L does make sense for majority of the times as you have the flexibility. You can always full less stuff in that.
@@NiharShrotri do you have any information about trangia cookset available in india
No man. Have no idea

Borther i have small query , i am confused with 70ltr or 90 … my plan is to include my two boys in treks future… so will it make sense to go with now 90 ltr for a week trekking … so that i can add more stuff for my future treks or should i stick with 60-70?
Your advice would be helpful
Awaiting ur response 😉
Hey. 70L should be more than enough. 90 is usually used for alpine expeditions. So if your stuff is getting more than that then you need to think again about what you are carrying.
One more question brother.. whether 50+10 can do two weeks trek? Comfortable
For 2 weeks it might be too tight. 70 preferred
nice review , I a bit confused about Wildcraft and this because the lower Quecha models are not that great , this is a bit pricey considering I already have older SYMBIUM model therefore technically looking for a secondary trek bag, also I like my bag to be a bit vibrant in color and new Quecha products are getting duller and duller 😀. Wild craft Gangotri series does look like a decent bag however this bag is feature rich hence the confusion :-)
By the way can you tell me the model of the hiking trouser you are wearing?
Thanks. I agree. Gangotri pro is also a good option. And if you have the older symbium then no point. Although this is surely better than that (I exchanged my old symbium with this so I know. There was a defect). I'm wearing the trouser from Solagnac section. Don't know the model.
@@NiharShrotri thanks buddy. The older model I have is the one I can pull the top pouch all the way to the chest. And to be honest 10 to 15 years of trekking, backpacking plus airline abuse and still going strong ( ps a better blue color too 😂) but some of the features you showed here is definitely tempting like the wide front opening- we all know how useful that feature is in itself 🙂 though the empty bag weight is a bit if concern even at 70 + 10 model - I would have expected the weight to go down like in mobile phones 😂
But thanks for responding 👍🏻
@@dimitrz2000 😂 yeah that 10L pouch was my favorite thing. My bags stitching came out. Bad luck on that.
Sir kitna liter backpack rucksack achha hota hai ,,,,or konsa lena sahi hoga plz guide
It depends on your requirements. Company konsi bhi ho. Wo aapke budget ke hisab se choice karo. But kitne litres wo to I can't say.
@@NiharShrotri ok sir but 500 model 60 L ka link vejiye plz
