Are you more Flexible than Strong or vice versa?

The level of control you have is insane. Your videos are foundation of super human performance. Thanks.

stronger than i am flexible. another great tutorial, paul. i like using the wall because it helps conserve energy when you lose balance over the top.

Stronger than flexible, but started devoting an hour a day to stretching on 1/1 of this year. Really curious how much of a difference that will make after a year. Can already tell a considerable difference. Next year is my "get the moves down" year. :)
    Another great vid!

Paul, it’s uncanny how your videos and content address where I am on this calisthenics journey. Thank you. Can you speak to realistic timeframes. I’m sinking a lot of time into this and the results are slooooooooow to come. Can you offer any advice?

Stronger than flexible, but strength has its limits also 😂

I want to learn the one arm handstand, don’t want to learn the kick up but just the press to handstand. It’s that fine?

You can learn the press without the kick I would say. It will take more time than the kick though. I mostly practice the press also as the kick I see as too unreliable also.

About even, neither strength nor flexibility stands out 😢

Then maybe you are like me. I have neither strength nor flexibility enough, but I have the technique so after 2 years time I manage to do a press against the wall. 💪👍
