Teemu should stfu sometimes and let Henri say something in the interviews. As a Finn, it starting to piss me off.

Teemu has talked about his challenges and I suspect that it is related to those things and the fact that he is not used to working with others in the same way as he is now. Henri is also calmer and quieter by nature.

I also depend a lot on interviews. Here, the interviewers don't really know how to maintain structure. Free conversation between several people and no direct contact, so it may be difficult to keep up with the turns if you have challenges concentrating.

Henri is more shy and quiet than Teemu, that's probably why Teemu talks more. Of course I'd also love it if we heard more from Henri but 🤷

Well, I of course cannot know how they really feel or are only by these short videos, but from what I have seen, I think Henri can speak if he wants to. But I personally can really relate to him, he acts exactly like I would propably be in real life, so I cannot see it as a bad thing. If the other one is more talkative, I would let him do the talking mostly, and only contribute to the conversation when I feel like I have something to add. I think they are just both acting like what feels more natural and comfortable for their personality, and I think it is wonderful that they can do that.
(I might have some experiences of people pushing me to speak only because they think I should speak more, to the point I feel really uncomfortable and feeling like I have nothing to say but need to just talk because only constantly talking is the most important thing apparently. So this topic makes me a bit defensive 😅)
