What's up, Gr8Ones? Thanks for checking out my video regarding the recall on the Fitbit Ionic. I made this video to let everyone know that hasn't done so already, that it's not too late to send your Fitbit Ionic in for a $299 refund!

UPDATE. Received notification that my Ionic was delivered to Fitbit but didn't hear anything back after 5 days so I called. They told me I would receive an email soon about the status. A few days later, I received the email saying they received the device and to expect a refund within 10 days. 14 days later, I received my refund. If you haven't received yours in a timely manner, simply call the number on the return website and request an update. It seemed to have help expedite my case.

I received an email saying I'd get mine in 10 days. That was 13 days ago. Going to call them again tomorrow. Glad you finally got yours!
