Just got out of the riffles,had my best evening outing this year so far ,RESULTS RESULTS ,THAT CHERRIE SPINNER ,IS THE BEST DAMN FLY IN THE WORLD ,SO GLAD YOU SHARDED THE PATTERN ,I use to catch a fair amount on my little rusty spinner but no bullshit if I'm fishing a dry cherrie spinner is the fly .
Browns brookies or rainbow trout all last fall and all this year they have been going nuts on that pattern ,riffles flat water lakes little brooks that fly is AMAZING

This time of the season it's effectively over all of a sudden, later on the sedges extend the fishing well into the dark, if you like to stay out late.
Seems it dont matter on the loyalsock creek wëher caddis or any mayfly is coming off they take the cherrie spinner no matter ehst stste of emergence is going on

I get them from China, Maxcatch is the brand name.
Is the rod on loan or a gift? Seamus is a good friend if it's a gift! What line did you use out of interest?
The rod is a gift, cheap Chinese double taper, in my experience all lines do the same thing, irrespective of cost.
