Great video George, I haven’t tried streamer fishing in the river, it would be good if you did a video showing the type of streamers you were using and the tying, you’re mate called one a mary banger, must be a local fly.

Some super fish. Just curious, is that river higher than usual due to all our rain in Ireland recently? If so, does the higher water affect the trout fishing? It seems to for the likes of pike.
What was his set up? Got a 10' rod but what weight line, and heard a Di5 sinking line. Would a floating line and a fast sinking polyleader worsave buying a whole new line? Great video, You plan videoing the tying of those flies?

All good fish aswel. Seems the bigger fish are switched on by the streamers. Do u fish them similar to nymphing George? Then kinda strip the fly to mimmick small fry? Is that the general jist of it?

Yes, a fast sink polyleader would work just fine, tying vids to come, stay tuned.
