I also did mine several months ago on my Tow N Go - but you're the man to install yourself! I read some forums about how tricky those white clips are to install so I just had my local paint/body shop do the paint-match and install. It's a small upgrade but it makes a massive difference on the appearance - looks so much better now.
Yup you’re 100% correct those clips were a pain. I had one come out while I was installing the lip 😂 had me tripping like “where did this come from” I thought it was secured 🤣

I just dropped it back off at the parts department at the same dealership I purchased the part from and they returned the core amount.

Where you drilled out the rivets...and those black plastic pieces (I think they direct air to the brakes) come off from the factory lip, did you put them back onto the hellcat lip before installing? Thanks.

Forgot to ask. How was the finish on the lip when it was shipped? Wondering if I can just install it as is and save money on wrapping or painting it. I kind of like the satin black finish.
I never ended up getting it in the mail…forgot what happened with the order but my local dealership ordered it and it came within a few days. The finish was just an unpainted flat black material. Definitely needs to be wrapped or painted…you’ll be 100% happy in the end trust me.

Instead of painted the splitter does anyone opt to just wrap the splitter? Or does it have to be painted to last? Just alot easier to wrap it myself.
I wanted mine to look like it came with the truck…color matched and have that 100% OEM look.
Yeahh i hear you on that red its way trickier to match up right. My Srt is white knuckle so wrapped it looks almost similar to painted.

I’m sure they would’ve told me the same…I seen someone put it on a basic RT the other day it wasn’t even the tow n go like mine and it worked.

A rivet I had from a kit I got at harbor freight.

My hands were finished after fitting it in that tight spot…I used my trim tool and fingers.

They actually came with the truck. This model is called a tow & go….2021 and newer comes with SRT wheels with this particular model.

@Rhemo Tilo if your RT comes with the tow n go package than it will be a direct fit for the splitter.From my understanding the TNG/SRT/HC comes with wider lower body kit including the fenders..if u have a TNG RT than ur good to go
I’ve seen it on a non SRT package truck…it’ll work regardless. Fender “flares” are not wide where it meets the lip.
