I definitely like how dodge keeps this platform fresh. I've had my eye on the chargers for a while, so if I was buying one new I'd definitely have to go for the widebody option.

The platform is actually very old. It's just updates etc. But I do love these cars

I am a die hard corvette fan. ( C3, C6, And C7 specifically ) but I also love dodge and the charger has always been my second favorite. This wide body is a grown man tank 😤

These still aren't for sale, they are press cars. The 2020 Widebody will not go to dealers until early 2020. Likely had different cars for different segments.
definitely driving a different car. the steering wheel isn’t Alcantara as the wide body was. that was the giveaway for me.
My wife and I picked up a 2020 Widebody Charger Hellcat a few weeks ago, traded up from a 392 Daytona Charger. I've never driven anything quite like it. Put 1200 miles on it in the first 6 days!

They’re actually very well put together with good materials. I like it simple and the chargers interior works for me. No rattles anywhere either 👍

Man these new ones are light years ahead of my old Challenger SRT8, and have some cool electronics in them. It looks great for a four-door, but just wish that they would have also offered it in a coupe or named it's something else altogether. I'm not really into sedans and aren't my style, but that's sweet. In my opinion as well as traditionally, muscle cars are coupes and just look alot better at it. But this widebody styling, is totally sick and really like the look of it alot 👍🏼. The hellcats are badass and love it that FCA is focusing on their performance minded customers, and are delivering the goods 👍🏼

gtb5 everyone kept telling me that before I got my 5.0 but I actually get 17.7 mpg so I'm sure hellcats get 13.0 mpg at least. But I race alot and I am very surprised at the mileage

Thanks for not bashing the gauges. Since Redline has a Tesla every screen is small and if it’s not a full digital screen for the gauges it’s “old “ or “small”. I think the gauges are great. It’s not about the size it’s about what you can do in the gauges. Some full digital gauges are trash. And the interior is beautiful with the stitching on the doors and dash and it’s very noticeable with the bright white color and doubled lined design.
Charger or Challenger I’m obsessed with both

I was getting my car worked on at Dodge today and I saw a silver one of these let me tell it is pretty car in person pics and videos really doesn't do it justice! I was tempted to talk numbers lol and that's saying something because I was never a fan of this generation of Chargers but that wide body looks super mean!

I guess making it an option would be nice but believe it or not some people don’t want their cars to actually put the power down and just want to do burnouts 😂. The track hawk launches harder just because of the Awd. Plus the camaro and mustang are just RWD too.

The two front seats are so thick that it's cutting into the rear seating leg room. Dodge needs to make the front seat a little thinner.

Only thing holding me back from getting one is that interior. I love the looks of the outside, love the engine even the 392 but that interior looks like it came out of a pickup truck from 2003.

Idk what he is talking about but Chrysler has been putting nice material In these cars since 2009. Sound system it's so good in all of there cars, dodge dart, 200, jeep Cherokee bade trim. There Harman kardon system sound amazing. Go drive chrysler, they are not as bad as people say.

Regarding the pricing being for performance rather than luxury... That's true. If Dodge updated the interior to look like it came out of an M8, the car would probably cost almost as much as an M8.

I seriously think the reason I still enjoy this look and why it’s not aging for me is I never See any at all except SXT models once in a blue moon. We had a local Dodge Dealer for decades around the corner where I live but that;s been gone almost 30 years. What does Dodge sell Durango, Charger, Challenger, Caravan, and Journey? who buys the last 2 here. I see Dodge going bye bye. seeing it’s RAM is it’s own DIvision now.

I hate that the outer appearance of hellcats has really no unique look. Meaning, you can’t really differentiate between a normal charger or a hellcat unless you already know the cars.
I prefer the Charger Hellcat over the Challenger Hellcat.
