This has to be the best UMX Horizon has ever made. I especially love flying mine on floats. And I love the new motors that they are using in the new micros. They are very quiet!

Nice flying! I actually recommend this plane as a trainer. It's great for learning the basics, but it's also good for learning more advanced stuff like using flaps. This plane and a high-quality 8+ chan tx will serve newcomers well. They can learn the basics & even some fairly advanced stuff with the UMX TTE, and if they bought a Spekky 9-10+ chan tx, they'll have enough channels (and proportional controls) to do pretty-much anything they'll want to do in the future. After all - it's cheaper to by once, than twice.
Thank for watching and the comment Joel! I think of highest percentage of success and while it can be done, something like an Apprentice is the way to go. Starting from zero experience, this one with is speed, even on 3S will be too much for most complete noobs. I remember when I started like it was yesterday, so the nuances aren’t lost on me like they can be for the more seasoned guys like yourself 👊🏻💥👊🏻
From first moment of the sortie I saw the same reactions I would expect from a large tail-dragger as at some Club Fields indicated by the Right Side Fences being most repaired. Natural torque-roll upon Throttle. Not a Negative in Any way as shows the Torque you get by adding eSSes. Throttle up - tail up - left Rudder can be accommodated for Beginners by using SAFE On Take-Off Only, as My V900 Proved. Don't LAND IN SAFE. Nice stuff Bros.
