Yes, I do currently practice modest living and prudent money management. My investments have increased by 43% over the past 19 months. But I'm nervous because I've lost money in the last month. I can't decide if I should sell everything now or wait.
Yes true, I learnt that in 2023, when I lost almost everything. But I switched to using a financial advisor and I've been returning at least $98k every month so I’ve been sticking to investing via an Advisor.
1.Artificial intelligence city is at ORR in near chevella and maheshwaram. 2.flyover projects At SCB (defence lands given to state government) 3.continuity projects(All projects like tims, other flyover projects) 4. Hyderabad metro rail project 5. Musi rejuvenation project. These are the few that I found and there are more projects also
Nice, crisp and useful video Roshan. South hYD would sure be a goldmine in next 5-10 years. Tukkuguda will be 10 times bigger and better than the current Mokila.. Best time to invest in and around Tukkuguda.
South is my first bet now because of upcoming 12 lane Bangalore and Hyderabad expressway ....also connectivity to big towns like Shadnagar Mahabubnagar and Rayalaseema
Whatever Roshan mentioned is correct . But, Don’t invest if you are expecting return in 3-6 years. If you are thinking for long term like more than 10years then only invest.
This govt has promised so many projects But if TRS comes again than all the projects will get cancelled. Revanth cancelled pharma city and many such projects Politicians will keep changing goal post Beware of these projects and invest wisely
YSR tried to develop Maheshwaram and FAB city Where are they now?? Where is Pharma city? Every politician changes the project according to their convenience. Dont blindly trust the articles and artificial hypes
