Cheddar cheese & ground beef QUESADILLA recipe (very easy!)

This time we are making a Mexican recipe that is very delicious and easy: Quesadilla! If you want to see how we make Cheddar cheese & ground beef Quesadilla in our kitchen, keep on watching! :)
Ingredients (for 2 people):
- 2 tortillas
- 2 green peppers
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 400/500 grams of ground beef
- 150 grams of Cheddar cheese (any type)
- 2 spoonfuls of tomato paste
- 1 small glass of water
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- half a teaspoon of cumin
- half a teaspoon of chili flakes
- salt, black pepper, coriander (as much as you like)
- olive oil
