i have to say, the attention to details, the increased volume to hear the oil hit the pan, the relaxing music, they rival the wonderful recipes. thank you.
Thank you very much Richard 😄💖
Thoroughly in agreement 🤝 ✌️
I agree, plus your knife skills have increased tremendously! Now, more flat tummy! By the way, the egg dish is called "Shakshuka" and is very well known

@@feelegoode2067 my husband will love corn tortilla's. thank you
Thank you, MJ.
Nice 👍
I love this channel, no talking just the sounds of chopping, grating and sizzling is very satisfying for some reason.
Recipe #1 is a quesadilla. I love watching people cook different types of food. It just catches you by surprise sometimes when you see your own food on channels as being the “foreign” food! 😊
Foreign to Her country.
Ironically, everything about the first recipe is exactly how I make my Texas Chili. A can of Rotel, a can of tomato sauce, and two cups beef broth in a crock pot with that exact browned meat combo and it would be the chili I make. The idea of skipping that step and instead putting the meat into a sort of chili-quesadilla... is very Tex-mex... and I'm down for it.
Looks amazing! Relaxing music 🎶 and the kids saying mom , mom, brings me back to the good old days!! Love ❤️ ya Mom !!
Pááni! To je přesně pro mně, miluju hovězí,a takhle mletý ,to je bomba! Ukládám a ,,lajkuju,, !🙋👍😁💕💕💕
Excellent presentation! Looks fantastic and I will be making this. Regarding the options to either bake or pan fry, I noticed you did the bake method. Is it a bit dryer to bake, but a cleaner final product? Or would you brush the tortillas with avocado oil or some kind of oil- a small bit -in order to get that browning effect while baking? I don’t want them too greasy, just browned more. Again, awesome presentation! New sub!
das sieht sehr sehr lecker aus, muss ich auf jeden fall mal austesten
Mir lief das Wasser im Mund zusammen, als Ihr Video begann. Jetzt läuft mein Schwimmbad über - danke!
It’s called a quesadilla in America and Mexico. Everyone here makes the “best” quesadilla!!!😂 there’s so many variations you can make and everyone I know swears theirs is the best. They are all delicious, I have to give people credit. But in the end, mine is the best!!!😂😂😂🍺🍺🍺❤️
I know when she started adding spices I was just thinking to myself, “oh this is just taco seasoning. It’s tacos probably.” The tomato paste and broth are a good touch. Plus I’m pretty sure the cheese is also just Mexican cheese blend that you can buy in every store in America.
No, mine is the best!!!😄😂😆
I am glad that you have all discovered this video. Now, you all get to learn that my quesadilla is in fact the best.
So what's your recipe 😁
Hahaha, I know you're going to say that.
looks like a quesadilla to me 🤤
I’m in deep love with these recipes! Easy and simple!
I’m glad I found your channel. I’ve made three of your recipes, and everyone in my home loves them. Thank you.

What you have shown IS delicious!
I always use cream cheese spread on half the tortilla before the Meat and other things,it goes soo well with read onion, bell peper and cheddar cheese on top..yummi😄😄😄
Thanks for making everything looking soo good and easy. The sound of cooking. Very thanks
TOP !!! Das muss ich unbedingt mal nach kochen 👍👍
I've been making a very similar thing for years. The only real difference is the onions go in with the garlic and beef and when they're all built I pan fry the whole quesadilla on the pan instead of sending them to the oven. If you use a lid it keeps the heat in and melts the cheese pretty fast and the tortilla gets a little bit of char which brings out so many of the other flavors. Char makes everything better. The best BBQ has good chew on the bark. Same thing.
It says in the video you can pan fry instead of oven baking
Is it better to pan fry it or bake it?
I agree, quesedillas fried on pan with a little oil makes the difference. Great recipe, but would definitely differ from the oven use. Made on pan you can also just flip them once you've seen the cheese has melted.
It’s just weird to me that there is no cumin in the seasoning.
Quesadillas are a million times better pan fried. The dough gets charred but not crunchy and overcooked liked the oven.
Great video! You inspired me to try my own concoction. I cooked Italian sausage, portabella mushrooms and onions then I put the filling on flatbread with provolone and mozzarella. I folded the bread and brushed garlic butter on each side and baked for 5 mins. It was delicious.
Ok, dammit. I was all ready to eat these quesadillas until your comment. Now, what to do...?
Just call it a tortilla not a flatbread
Керемет!👍дайындап, көремін😍
Your videos are so calming and therapeutic. I love them
Thank you so much for adding in the measurements in teaspoons and stuff like that... It means allot to me, as I do not have a scale in the kitchen...I cant wait to make this for my mom for thanksgiving or Christmas as a early meal while I make the turkey.
It seemed like she put way more spices in than a teaspoon that it said it was LOL
This looked soo delicious and the music and sounds made it soo relaxing to watch. Good job!!
Thank you so much Jasmine 😄💖
Spectacular......you are one of a kind...in the world of beautiful chef's out there...! Love your ideas....and watching your videos....🤗

Ma'am, *Imma-gonna-slappa-you-wit-da-wet-spaghetti! Mama Mia!*
1. Please stabilize and/or buffer the pH inside your bodies mitochondria.
Note: That when hydrogen atoms are clipped off the fatty acid they are waiting for oxygen to be converted to H²O. during that, the pH level is getting more acidic. The biggest problem within your body is, that the enzymes for converting fatty acids into CO² and H²O in the mitochondria are slowing down when your internal environment is getting more acidic. This has been recorded a few decades ago when the research about mitochondrial function started.
You American's along wit a study of a university in a Skandinavien university is highlighting that detail about taurin and the pH buffering function in the mitochondria.
2. *There is also a pH buffering agent occurring in you,* outside of the mitochondria, but still inside the cell.....the beta-alanine boosts the intracellular pH buffer carnosine.
3. In your blood there is bicarbonate that keeps blood slightly in the alkaline range, thereby supplementing the sodium bicarbonate delivers the bicarbonate for that.
So, to be the superman of fat burning during endurance exercising *(which you lack),* it is a good idea to close the chain to keep the mitochondrial fat burning at optimal speed by supplementing sodium bicarbonate + beta-alanine + taurin.

I know I have told you before, but you have really good knife skills 👌 I am a chef and I have seen many people that cannot even hold a knife properly 🤦♂️
10/10 video for me 👍
I love how easy she makes it look using a knife. I must say I’m not that skilled with a knife so her videos make me jealous 😩😂

They both looked awesome & easy, thanks for sharing, giving these ago for sure, God bless

The second recipe is similar to shakshuka which is an African dish I saw online that is made pretty similar but without the meat. (In the videos I've seen) very delicious my boyfriend and I love that one! Will definitely being trying both of these dishes out soon!
I was looking for someone to comment about it! I've had it at Ethiopian restaurants.
Looks wonderful ❤
Food looks good also
looks delicious. Hugs from Brazil.
Grande abraço, jovem talentosa.
*German discovers quesadillas, falls in love*
Yeah though, they're pretty awesome. There's a million ways to make them too, but the version you showed is the classic. They're also super quick to do with just the cheese.
I can do a birria like quesadilla, baking it in the juice. Might try it. This gives me a good idea.
You actually seasoned your food too instead of using just salt and pepper. Good job.
LOL, I was thinking the same thing.
Wow , very delicious 😍😍
Looks delicious 😊
They both look so good. Need about 3 of the first a nice slab of the second. Was fun to watch. Great video
I’ve never seen or heard cooking that sounds so relaxing. 🥹♥️
This truly looks so delicious I’m going to make this for my family 😋😍
This is exactly how a recipes channel should look like!!
Clean, clear, without noisy music, (although it was possible to put quiet background music, but still it is good).
The ingredients of the recipe are clearly written on the screen, both during the preparation and at the end of the video.
A simply excellent and wonderful video!! ❤😃👍

Never seen a quesadilla prepared that way before but it looks incredible 👍
Late again. When the curtain rises, I'm always in the lobby. Both of these recipes are FAMILY PLEASERS! Again, we're talking about simple recipes with big flavor. Thank you for these. ✔👍😜😎 (I recognized the classic piano pieces, but can't name them.)
Hi Big Bad John😄 I’m glad that you enjoyed these recipes, they are so simple and yummy😋 Wishing you a great Friday💖😘
alternative route for recipe 1: heat up a nonstick pan or griddle on the stove top, add butter to one side of the torilla and place it butter side down in the pan, add your cheese and meat on top of the torilla, maybe some pico de gallo and or salsa if you got it. you can either fold in half or add another buttered torilla on top but place it butter side up then flip to crisp up the newly added torilla. i prefer to use a griddle as the size of mine will take up two stove top burners meaning i can crisp up both torillas at the same time and get to eating that delicious quesadillas quicker.
I love 💕 your music selections! These recipes look great! Thank you for sharing!
Wie köstlich es aussieht🤩
That first one looked so good that I am already getting the ingredients to make it. I even looked up a sourdough tortilla recipe, so I can make homemade tortillas for this.
I love the spinach tortillas at Aldi. They also have another bag of tortillas that has like millions of grams of fiber in it and that's really good too I just don't remember the name of it
I love that you cook with simple ingredients....and not something that has to be flown in from Norway. 🥰😂😂🥰
Thanks so much for your feedback Bianca😊💖🌷
Tried both as is and they are fantastic! It's funny that the first time I had tacos was at my friend's house in Germany. We were both military brats, and his mom was German. Always loved her food.😊
That second recipe in toasted bread works wonders! - I tried it yesterday!
I can imagine, it will raise my cholesterol sky-high, but this recipe is worth it!😄 My daughter is a cheese lover and would eat this one everyday if she could.😄
Why would it' don't use the eggs

Why not appreciate her skill?🤔
@@SorryIAteYourCookiesSanta No negativity here..so why create it. Its a compliment either way, I'm into fashion so its comes naturally..stop deflecting..😒
@@ssd2930 no sorry I'm not deflecting.. i call it as it is. I like the way you handle the food, I can see love, and care in that.
That looks so good ! But yet so simple .
The way she finesses the food is almost sensual, looks delicious, gonna try that tomorrow
So effing aannoying - the noise, the slowness 🤢🤢🤢🤢
What brand of stock/broth are you using? Its a thicker more gel like consistency. All the ones Ive seen are liquid or in cubes
Have a look at knoor stock pots
Probably homemade
in Europe we have multiple forms of bouillon, some are dry, some are just outright stock and now i often see the "pot" variant that @Nick Wilson mentioned, they are super reduced stock with a bit of gelatin, they are actually far superior to bought stock in my opinion(here people usually make their own stock at home and frown upon buying the premade kind) some people even make something similar at home, reduce it to a liquid sort of paste then freeze it. Knorr is the biggest producer of these, but you can also find some from other brands such as Maggi and a ton of smaller bio oriented brands, if you cant find any of that and don't have time to make it, try some super dense bone broth, reduce it and you will end up with something similar
A good substitute for the broth is Worcestershire sauce; when you only need a bit.
@@archimedescadmus6527 I don’t believe Worcestershire sauce is used in Mexican cooking.
So simple to make but looks absolutely yummy 😋
Очень интересные и доступные рецепты .Спасибо большое
The second one is basically a meaty version of shakshuka. If you want it vegetarian, just use some more tomatoes, add extra cumin, paprika and mozzarella/halloumi. Make a fresh naan bread and be ready for one of the best vegetarian meals out there.
Monterey Jack, the cheese that doesn't exist in Germany.... Any ideas for substitutes?
It’s a soft and mild cheese, sort of like Mozzarella, but it has a little tanginess to it. I think you would do ok with Mozzarella, but add just a little acid to your recipe (vinegar or lemon juice) to perk it up.
Dice some jalapeños into your mozzarella lol
You can use any cheese for your quesadillas.
A melting cheese of course... @humbertovazquez3733
I always use the same spices plus ground comino. Yummy indeed.
This looks sooo delicious and satisfying. Thank you for sharing!
