GUYANESE CHICKEN CURRY WITH DHAL, RICE, AND FRIED FISH

- After doing some yard work, my wife and I decided to make some chicken curry with dhal and rice and fried fish. Chicken was purchased at a local farm (Orlando Poultry) and fish was purchased at Caribbean Super Center.
