- Today I decided to cook Gilbaka curry with green mango and rice. Gilbaka was purchased from a local West Indian store, green mango was purchased from a local farmers market, and fresh herbs were picked from my garden.

Nothing beats a good fish curry, and gillbaka is one of the best with green mango and tomateo .Only last Saturday I had a nice gillbaka curry. Some people add sijan (drum sticks ) and ochro to their curry, it's your preference.

To my curry paste I also add masala with gera and the other ingredients you have.
Sounds good but I don’t like adding masala to my Gilbaka curry because it makes it dark, take care and stay safe

Isn't gillbaka is like a catfish. I remembered my mom used to cook this back home with it's eggs and mango curry omg. It was soooo delicious. I'm sure yours will be delicious as well. Definitely brings back memories.
