My two cents as a Swede: The gang related problems have been brewing for a long time and the same issues you see in French suburbs are generally true all over Europe, and Sweden is no exception. There are massive demographic issues now, unfortunately. The past ten years have been particularly rough. It has started affecting society at large now. Hits and bombings are now taking place in neighborhoods previously spared from such violence, but as family members or actual gang affiliated people move into those areas - the violence has followed. I grew up in a suburb of Stockholm which had some minor issues in my youth, and it was a pretty multicultural area tbf. It has gotten way worse in the past ten years. Still hasn't really affected me intimately, but since I do work as a school teacher I've seen first hand what this poison is doing to society. Not affecting everyone directly, but many people indirectly.

It is only recently that the goverment has started taking action against this, but it a slow process and laws can not change very quickly, we have had over 20 years of a quite naive attitude to help people integrate into our society (it was actually little to no help ,incitament, or encouragement for people to try to integrate) Sweden is a very nice place to live, for the most part, and the worst parts of sweden are better than the worst parts of other places I can think of, but we have massive problems with suburbs being very segregated from the rest of society
Interestingly when I first found the channel I was going to suggest you trial out some 'Sika for Business' consultancy. Organisations pay £££ for to upskill middle management. Your earlier videos on grit, resource management, skill acquisition, incremental gains, etc I think would have real application
