Regarding anterior relation of the neck of pancreas It is 1 st part of duodenum or the pylorus of the stomach (Reason is it’s transpyloric plain) Because if it is pylorus we cannot take gastrodeodenal artery as a relation to neck of pancreas
Anterior to the neck (about 2 cm): 1st inch of the first part of the duodenum (you can also consider the end of the pylorus) in the transpyloric plane + lesser sac + gastroduodenal artery. The boundary between head and neck is often marked anteriorly by a groove for the gastroduodenal artery.
