Wow Chris ! Love this but I just can't reach that stretch from the G at 3rd fret to 7th fret on 5 to get the harmonic 🙄 so using the open E on 1st string - seems to work(ish), but anyways thanks mate - you've given me a challenge to keep the ol' brain cells tickin' over....
Yeah that bit is tricky, you can just play the open high e string, that'll work fine.

how do you effectively do the tap harmonic on the 12th string?
Very hard to explain via text. Think of your finger as a whip. You need to strike the strings and then instantly pull your finger away. Whip the strings
