Never seen or tried this particular type of candy despite being Swedish, but I do like salty licorice and especially Djungelvrål which is absolutely amazing. Djungelvrål has a very salty coating and once you get through that, the licorice inside is just amazing. The licorice candy itself is actually not very salty, it’s just the powder coating, and the actual licorice of Djungelvrål has a very special flavor to it, very smooth and doesn’t have that bitterness to it that some licorice can have

I'm not forcing you to either, but at least gave it some valid effort or just don't spit it out so openly, it's just about politeness, like eat what you have in your mouth or at least show that you're trying to give it chance, I tried to give it to some friends in Korea, they were not a fan , but at least they were polite about it. This is just rude, it really annoys me.

Don't worry. Despite being a Swede I seriously hate the taste of liquorice. Salty or not. It has nothing to do in my mouth.

I have a good friend that was a foreign exchange student (from Denmark) last year, and she had me try all her favorite salted licorice, and plain licorice. Some are really good, others burn your mouth by the extreme saltiness.

This licorice is best used in soup for saltiness. Make sure to fish it out after about 5 minutes of boiling.

Lmao!!!!🤣🤣🤣 yes salted liquorice 'known as salmiak' is a very acquired taste. I love it though in the Netherlands it's quite common a lot of us eat that stuff it has medicinal proporties as well it helps with a soar throat but not too much because then it causes high blood pleasure
