So i need to update my rr2 so my radio clock will keep time. Can i do that via bluetooth? And then will have to reconfigure the controls?
@@brianpotter9933 nothing about the rr2 effects radio time, every time you flash the rr2 you need to check the thumb controls and verify they are still correct
Is there an firmware update to the module? I have the MRR. And how do we know if there is a new firmware update?
The latest firmware is version 2.3, you can view your current firmware in the maestro menu of the radio
So I've got the V1 with ADS-MRR. V2 already pre-ordered. Will my current MRR play nice with V2 after updating V2 serial#?

When we get the new v2 the maestro will come all ready programed with those settings?
We will ship it already programmed
I have updated to Version 2.4, but the screen still says firmware version 02.30. Is that normal?
It normally says 2.4 once complete, the mrr says 2.3

Jay I am just curious I placed an order last week and I got a completed status. Does that mean that it has shipped and do we get a tracking number?
Yes we email tracking numbers when an order ships, you can call 1-844-30AUDIO to check an order status

Jay, I ordered my V2 radio and stage 4 Hertz system. My status has been processing since then and still says processing when I read below someone ordered last week and theirs says complete. Why doesnt my order say complete? #90399 & # 90750
Your order will say processing until it ships, v2 radios are expected to ship the first week of June

I was just wandering why a previous comment was ordered last weekl and its shipping and mine was over a month ago and hasnt shipped except for radio which I know hasnt started to ship unless your sending it all at same time. ok was just inquiring. Does anyone know why my iPhone has no internet connectivity when connected to CarPlay? Connect to CarPlay, attempt to access the internet via any means - and no connection until I disconnect CarPlay
Your phones WiFi and Bluetooth are both used while connected wireless to CarPlay, you will pull internet through cellular data, not WiFi
