Delicious Blueberry Muffin Recipe (easy, fast, soft)

[Blueberry Muffin]
[Ingredients]
200g soft flour (cake flour)
2 eggs
110g sugar
85g unsalted butter
85g milk
2g salt
6g baking powder
Blueberries 90-100g
1. Eggs must be at room temperature
Leave the eggs just out of the refrigerator at room temperature for 30 minutes or soak them briefly in warm water.
2. When using frozen blueberries, do not take them out in advance, but take them out right before mixing.
There is not much difference in taste between frozen and fresh fruit, so use the one you are comfortable with.
3. When mixing the sifted flour, do not mix it too long
Mixing for a long time can lead to the formation of gluten, and the muffins may not come out with the desired texture.

선생님 고오맙습니다. 정말 맛있게 먹었습니다. 매번 버터 녹인 상태 때문에 베이킹이 힘들었는데 아예 녹여서해도 되는군요 정말 좋습니다. +밀가루를 아몬드가루로 40그람 대체, 설탕 10그람 적게 ,트리플 베리로 했더니 맛이 아주 좋았습니다.
