This episode sees the legendary Carp Angler, Adam Penning, hitting the banks of one of the UK’s most loved day tickets, Farlows Lake in Iver, Buckinghamshire. Home to some 1,500+ carp, Farlow’s has a reputation and history that dates back many decades, and Adam takes viewers on a guided tour of Farlow’s to give you an insight into some of the best day ticket action to be had in the South East.

Fished just like he said :).... 2 spots market and spodded with fermented sweetcorn.....
Every time I've hit the middle of those two spots I've got some mean takes, and even 2 hook pools....but then I've got 7 monsters.
I really love that piece of mind that a fenced and secured fishery gives you...

very informative video about Farlows, thank you. Me and my mate Guy Mundin have spoken about a trip down to Farlows and watching this has given us the kick in the pants required to get down and fish.

Great mix for breams that are very active at the moment.Just a natural colored boilie with a few around or with a PVA does it.Or tigers indeed.
Very good look at the venue. Love farlows. Shame it gets so busy, but thats just a sign of how good the place is I guess. If only they'd get the cafe facilities open again!
Looks better than anywhere we have up North. I'd have to take my mate Nick. With 1500+ Carp even he'd have a chance of ending a mammoth run of Blanks!!!!!

the reason for the smelly bank is there used to be an abattoir called squires just behind the lake, on the canal. If the wind was blowing the wrong way it used to stink to high hell.

Was a bit rough when I fished it back late 80s early 90s, some poor fellow was murdered by fellow anglers back then.
fished farlows for 25 years+ ...this venue requires no more than any other fishery...it was better then when nobody went hunting for certain fish...buzz was the best.....

I so wanna fish here for like 48hrs
a friend of mine fished there recently and he told me the owner and a couple of friends came along and told him that the swim he set up and was fishing in was their swim and when he refuse to pack up and move, he was kicked off the venue.
Thats rubbish.. that don't happen!
