Yeah the My Little Lony ones are just the stolen molds and/or Hasbro sold the molds since fake blind bags have become bigger and bigger sadly. It’s like how the G3 and 4 brushables have a load of rip offs due to again selling the molds.

Most of these bootleg figures are actually pretty accurate with the color and cutie marks to actual offical mlp blind bags, so most of these characters have official names!😹💖
The TaoBao pony figures are so cute 💕 I would buy the figures by themselves to display. The faces remind me of the Popmart blind boxes which I also love.
I think those figure "could" be good as in if you custom paint it but you also got to removed the eye prints.

Hasbro's probably mostly moved on from FiM, but I'd love to see what options are available now that LEGO Transformers sets (Optimus Prime and an upcoming Bumblebee; Soundwave would absolutely be the right shape of blocky as well) are a thing
hasbro tried moving on from fim but they couldn't. they are desesperate for G4 money they had now, many new licensed merch is coming from china and now they are copyrighting fim videos as a big deal again, and can't forget how many fim characters coming back in G5 for fim-based toys
