      Youbetterknowit!
      I prefer to do the work myself. If a corner is cut, I cut the corner. I hate paying someone to do a quality job but they cut corners or do a flim flam job.

    Great work brother I have a 95 obs suburban that I'm working on! Wanted to do LS swap but thinking of going with the stroker engine too because I've already bought the headers for it & didn't want to sell them!

      What engine do you have that you might stroke?

      @@Slicpartna I was going to use the stock 5.7 that came with the truck because I've already had the 4L60E tranny rebuilt & didn't want to put too much torque or HP on it & blow it out! I'm aiming for a mild build not to hotrod it but, basically I want to get the max power from the engine that won't overpower the tranny!

    I’m getting my 5.3 Lm7 bored out as we speak for my 72 c10 build. K1 crank, K1 6.125 H-beams, Wiseco 3.903 flat top pistons. Any tips or advice for this build brother??

    • @davidlopez3885

      Gonna be doing running a built TH400 as well!!

    • @Slicpartna
      @Slicpartna  Před rokem

      Take your time, every step is critical
      Dont be shy with the assembly lube
      Keep everything clean
      Make sure you size the piston rings to your application
      Check that the crank rotates every time you connect a piston rod assembly. Full rotation! As you connect more pistons rods, the resistance will increase slightly but it should still rotate smooth as butter, no notchy rotations
      Let me know if you have any other questions
      Good luck to you
