    ABOUT US
Greetings from the Biesingers! We are so happy you are here! We are a family of four sharing our financial freedom (FIRE) journey, including tips on how to build wealth, retire early, and retire abroad.
At age 21, we purchased our first real estate property and then became first-time landlords at age 22 as college students. We worked extremely hard to pay off my student debt. Doing so helped me graduate with my MBA completely student-debt-free!
We have other diversified investments and are excited to share more with you in our channel. We have now hit Coast FIRE which allowed us to move abroad and semi-retire in Asia!

If you have a $2000 monthly pension and a frugal spender. It will be more than enough to live comfortably in a province. With that amount, you can even visit its neighboring countries.

Having been stationed at Clark Air Base, Philippines 🇵🇭 back in 1991.😂. Was age 28 then. I am age 61 and planning to return and retire there by end of 2025. I will receive Social Security study income every month. I am a widower, all my children are grown now. I am saving a nest egg 🥚 money in the bank 🏦. Just in case unforseen situations in the Philippines 🇵🇭. Finally, I will apply for American military 🪖 Philippines sponsored SRRV program for retirement. Thank you for this information

that's what i did. i retired in Makati at age 58 .I have 4 paid off rental houses in Florida and Nevada, managed by property mgmt company. I get about $3k/mo NET rental income. At 62 i wil collect Soc Sec of about $2,300/mo.
$2,000/mo in the Philippines is more than enough.

    Congrats on hitting the FIRE!
Have same portfolio, started with Index and individual stocks, then i sold some holdings and bought real estate to rent. I am gradually moving my holdings to just the pure Index VTI and VOO as Im 15 years away from retirement at 62. Will go back in the Philippines and spend the dollars there. You got more for your money plus you have the nature to enjoy. Thats a bonus

Are you a budding CFP candidate? Good to get your hands on some of that CFP financial planning software. You have the right ideas...as for me I am later on in life...working to invest and save my way to livingin Asia. Way to go. Oh yeah... one more thing. Did you mention the possibility of supplemental income coming from a remote job paying in USD ?

Curious, how long have you been living on social security?? No need to answer . yYou just quote some figures and other crap. SO NO IDEA.
I am doing much better than you claim, WITHOUT LIVING LIKE A LOCAL. Is called LIFE EXPERIENCE - get some before talking crap
