Dude I totally forgot about Smokepaw, when they were traveling in the mountains they needed to jump a cliff and he slipped and fell :[
Yea but in the front of the book they forgot he died and he grew up to be smoke foot
I havent stopped thinking about his death. I reread that book a week ago.
@@countingwithjeroldsaunt1060 damn thats cruel, even the writers forgot about him lol
From the wiki:
"Smokepaw joins the Clans on the Great Journey. While in the mountains, the Clans are traveling along a very narrow path; part of the cliff breaks and Smokepaw slips, but manages to get a pawhold on one of the ledges. Russetfur lunges for him, but her weight makes more of the cliff crumble. Unable to hold on any longer, Smokepaw falls to his death."
@@mycatnamedseven-up9726 :0
Sootfur has one of the most disturbing deaths in my opinion, both his legs were broken and then he tried to climb a rock wall to safety but instead he fell and got killed by a badger
Yeah, his death was the one of the worst.
Agreed
I cried on the bit
agreeable
oh god
Swiftpaw’s death still haunts me to this day. Bluestar refused to name him a warrior because fireheart told him to go get other warriors to fight riverclan, because he was the fastest. So she thought that he “wasn’t good enough” and he remained an apprentice while others were getting their warrior name. So he went and fought dogs with brightheart to prove that he was worthy. It’s obvious that the dogs probably murdered him in a very brutal way considering brightheart has really big scars. Longtail was then really angry at fireheart for telling his apprentice that he should go get help. He really didn’t deserve it.
❤ we will all miss SwiftPaw, I was looking forward to leaning his warrior name, 😢 I think we can all agree he earned his name in this video, 𓃠
He died a noble death, saving one of his friends. He will never be forgotten,as I wish Bluestar would've given him his warrior name.
In the books i remind they describes swiftpaw's body with huge teeth marks on its whole body, and that It was mauled and ripped off like prey.
But she told it was beacuse his mentor was LongTail who was a friend to Tigerstar who turned out to be a traitor. Was not that the reason?
I just reread Brightheart's retelling in 'Enter the Clans', he attempted to climb a tree but was pulled down before an entire pack ganged up on him, ripping him apart like prey as he struggled. Extremely chilling, especially for such a young cat.
In my opinion the most disturbing for me was Bristlefrost's death, she sacrificed her place in starclan to save the clans, and it was so heartbreaking when it said she only felt love and comfort in her last moments, she was and still is my favorite character and her death hit hard for me.
rootspring was ready to leave skyclan for her too 💔
Omg it was so sad. And she didn’t even go anywhere just disappeared out of existence
Especially when you realize the water she went into was supposed to suck all the happiness out of you or something like that
They killed her for no reason bruh
Thak you so much for mentioning Brsitlefrost😢😢 she was my fav character and I think she should be honoured. I LUV HER SO MUCH AND I LITERALLY CRIED WHEN SHE DIED😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Yellowfang’s death almost made me cry too. And swiftpaw😢😢😢 people say I’m dramatic but it’s actually so sad😭😭😭

The most haunting thing about Snowfur’s death is that when she left for the walk with Bluefur, she told Whitekit that she would be coming back. Then she was hit by the monster and she never did come back.
I'd say SilverStream had a pretty sad death. I mean, she was so in love with GrayStripe and excited for their kits just when she lost them due to blood. I just- It's so sad-

Honestly I feel bad for Sorreltail near the end of the 2nd series and beginning of the 3rd. She lost both of her brothers and one of her kits in a small span of time. Also being so close to losing Poppypaw to Greencough, she was probably on the verge of breaking at that point.
HoneyFern was one of her kits, she got poisoned by a snake protecting BriarKit. THE WAY THE BOOK DESCRIBES IT IS JUST SO PAINFUL I CAN SEE IT AND FEEL IT
@@oreocatmisscircle0 I just finished reading Sunset... IT WAS SO SAD. It's the first time I've felt bad for Beerynose too. I wouldn't be surprised if Sorreltail has some form of separation anxiety because of losing so many of her family members
@@TheClosetIsGlass_ And sadly she loses another kit! If you haven’t gotten to when Molekit dies um well uh idk. CinderPelt died in the other book before Sunset sadly. I’m on the last Omen of the Stars book I’m heading onto A Vision of Shadows!

The thing that makes honey ferns death even sadder is her last words where “my blood feels like its on fire”
The fact that Leafpool couldn't actually do anything about it got me
her death was terrible she didnt deserve it
I think that when Yellowfang poisoned brokenstar, she wasn’t only lying to him but also to herself. Hoping that death would perhaps cure his corrupter mind?
Where can I watch the series?
@@MeloTea._. its a book :(
But there is a series called SSS Warrior Cats, but it doesn't include tons of parts
@@SoySoulartiste thank you!
@@MeloTea._. you're welcome!
I agree with that. She was very much grieving and her blinding her son cracked her soul. When broken star died, she’d told the truth about it and it was a large burden to carry. As in the books she was actually sad to do it. I feel like the reason why she fed broken tail / star deathberres is also because she needed to find peace with herself before they died and no one knew the truth. When she told fire heart she was probably a burden lifted off of her shoulders.

I just realised how sad Smokepaws death is 😔 he didn’t even get a burial, the clans had to carry on without him
Cinderpelt has to be one of the most bravest and noblest warrior cat I’ve ever seen.
Especially due to the fact she saved a friend(s) and kits.
She knew she was about to die and still defended her clan. That's honorable
@@alexiamarvin1012 Yes very honerable and a great show of loyalty and dedication

Technically, Feathertail didn’t fall on Sharptooth. She launched herself at a rock that was above him and the rock fell on Sharptooth. But the rock also fell on Feathertail, resulting as the rock falling on her killing her.

I never knew my cat's life is this hard.
2:16 the cat pretty much intentionally killed kits I think most people can agree that he kind of deserved it
Isn't Rainflower's death kinda ironic? I know it's gruesome, but I find it ironic that she died from hitting her head on a rock, after she disowned her son for breaking his jaw on a rock.
True. Karma
karma
Karma
That's good storytelling
Starclan felt naughty and decided to get petty that day that's for sure.
For me the most cruel death is Snowkit's. He was taken by big eagle and probably eaten... and he was just a kitten. Poor deaf boy
THANK YOU SOMEONE SAID IT.
@Purple Fox Gaming if you imagine Snowkit death, i think it wasn't fast. He was pecked to death. Or eagle tore him with claws while he was alive, most likely. Or smashed him on the ground several times to death. Read, how eagles kill they prey. Pretty cruel, huh?
Fluttering bird was totally the cruelest death
True his death was cruel was but it wasn't the most cruel cause there were some deaths that were more brutal and cruel by a decent margin.
@@yellowtail6043 considering how small kittens are, he was probably killed immediately after being grabbed. Most large eagles are capable of breaking a human hand with their feet alone, so it’s likely it crushed him, killing him immediately. But I mean idk anything about warrior cats
I think Stonefur is worth mentioning, though the nature of his death wasn't overly gruesome it still bothers me so much, he was starved and basically tortured alongside 2 apprentices for who knows how long, and then when he refused to kill the apprentices he fought strongly for his life and WON despite being weak and starved, only to end up murdered unfairly right after, it's just so fucked that all his strength was for nothing
Agree
For deaths related to the Thunderpath, I think that Whitethroat would be a higher pick over Snowfur. While both were killed by being hit by cars, the depiction of Snowfur’s death seems to suggest that she ran out onto the road, got hit, and died instantly. On the other hand, Whitethroat survived the strike and was found in the grass moments before succumbing to blood loss. (Plus he was being chased through the forest for his life, assuredly by Tigerclaw, moments before all of that happened.)
Another pick, which I just recently rediscovered while reading through The New Prophecy again, is Star That Shines on Water: the kit-mother who was taken by Sharptooth out of the Cave. In the scene, Stormfur sees her dangling from his jaws by the scruff of her neck, shortly before being taken out into the darkness beyond the waterfall. It’s not explicit in nature, but much like the dog pack, I think that Sharptooth is meant to be perceived as a beastly creature whose gruesomeness goes above and beyond even the most violent of the Clan cats’ battles. Ergo, if you use your imagination to fill in the gap…
There could be a ton of honorable mentions here but Tigerstar losing 9 lives at once for sure should be on here. Also justice for my boy Snowkit
snowkit appeared and immediately died
I thought Snowfur was Snowkit for a second lol
But Snowkit's death was kinda brutal.
!!SPOILERS!!
Why did Erin have to make the poor kit die to a hawk? I don't think it's fair to have one of the cats die that young tbh

I agree with most of these, and I knew Tigerstars would be at the top, his death was probably the most gruesome death I’ve ever read in a book period. I would also like to add though that frecklewish (mv) had a pretty cruel death, and sootfurs was pretty cruel as well.

For those who didn't know, and commented something like "Poor kitties none of them deserve it", all these characters are from a book series called Warrior Cats, and a few of these are bad guys in the series and definitely did deserve it.
Although Tigerclaw/star had a disturbing death, I think that Snowkit’s was a lot more dramatic and upsetting due to the fact that Snowkit was taken by a hawk but wouldnt have died if pushed out the way because Snowkit was deaf
Tigerstar's death was terrifying, gruesome, and probably very traumatic for the others. Due to the rather violent nature of the books, it's controversial if it's even appropriate for young audiences. I've been reading the series since I was 8-9 and I'm 17 now. I still love it. They were the first books that got me into reading, so they hold a special place in my heart regardless.
Bro I finished the book not long ago, and it’s in the school library
@@Citri56 Well of course it's still targeted towards younger audiences, but the question is: should it be? On the one hand, it could be a good way to introduce younger audiences to the more graphic scenes but on the other hand, is it too graphic for younger kids?
I think it's fine, it made me cry as a teen, but it's not graphic in the way some of these pictures were. It wasn't strictly told that Tigerstar's organs were ripped out, but as I re-read the paragraph, I have to admit that him 'convulsing' repeatedly in a wave of blood that 'kept on flowing, spreading across the ground in a ceaseless tide' is a bit crazy. Although, I am squeamish and sensitive, and I handled it ish. My copy of 'The Darkest Hour' (the book Tigerstar dies in) says 9+.
I was also 8 when I started reading them, I think I was 10 when I read The Darkest Hour. I couldn’t sleep for a week 😅
@@duo4780 It was roughly quoted in the book that he got ripped open from tail to chin, while Scourge was wearing dog teeth on his paws (I don’t even know how tf he did that, that detail always confuses me). Tigerstar’s organs were definitely spilling out 😂
Actually, Feathertail didn’t fall on Sharptooth.
She jumped onto a stalactite that was directly above Sharptooth, and her weight caused it to fall and impale the cougar.
She then hit the ground really hard, and the impact killed her.

SPOILERS IN THE NEW PROPHECY!!
Smokepaw was with the four clans in the Great Journey, but while trekking up the mountain (the place where the Tribe lives), he slipped and fell. No cat saw how exactly he died, whether he was impaled by a spike or just fell to his death, because the cats were so high up you couldn't see the bottom. Honestly, I prefer thinking he fell to his death instead of being impaled because that just sounds painful.

I think Snowkit had a pretty brutal death. I mean- seeing everyone in so distress, but not knowing what was going on until your death is pretty dark tbh. Also Dawnpelt, and the other cats/prisoners of Darktail's "kin".
If I red this book I could of mentioned it
I feel so bad for brokenstar/brokentail, his mom was yellowfang and he tried helping thunderclan during the fight in book 3 of the first series. So basically how it all started he raided the clan with rogues and he tried invading the medicine den but yellowfang, the medicine cat blinded him. When yellowfang was back in shadow clan, brokentail was given away because she was forbidden from having kits. He grew up not knowing who his mother was, only his dad. He killed his dad to take his place as leader, and thunderclan helped shadow clan drive him out. The warriors came with him and they were rogues. They invaded thunderclan and kept brokenstar as a prisoner and named him brokentail. Tiger claw was planning with the former shadow clan warriors to invade thunderclan, and brokentail was kind of aware of it not 100% sure but that's what I think. The6 invade the camp and he helped thunderclan fight etc and tigerclaw tries killing BlueStar so he gets exiled and then yellowfang took brokentail out and fireheart followed them and remembered CloudKit trying to get deathberries. Yellowfang knew it was his last life because she was the medicine cat and fed him deathberries and he died. She said I am your mom Ik this is your last life blah blah blah it's time I've ended this, once and for all and he started breathing dying whatever. So his mom killed him it's so freaking sad--
I smiled when Brokenstar and Tigerstar died. The first six books did a phenomenal job killing off their villains.
And their heroes. I sobbed my eyes out for Yellowfang, Bluestar, and Whitestorm.
Ferncloud's death is one that haunts me. From what I imagined of the scene, she's guarding the nursery, but Brokenstar dug a hole through the roof, pulled her up by her head, her body is still partially in the nursery, so you can see her struggling, but then she goes limp. Brokenstar drops her back in, but her head is on backwards. Like that scene on the bus from the Jeepers Creepers 2 movie, only she at least still has her head.

when tiger star died i had the same reaction as firestar : yes!!!! finally!!!!!!… wait… why i feel bad for him…? :(…. i’m a bad person… i mean… he deserved to die but… not in that way… eeew….
I agree. Though proper wording of his death is in order: Tiger/Star was a cruel and power-hungry tom, thus during the battle he attempted command over BloodClan, once realizing he was not in charge he then proceeded to provoke Scourge, therefore causing his disembowelment; he then proceeds to lose all of his lives in a continuous cycle. To be very frank I personally believe that Tiger/Star got what he deserved after the undeniably cruel things he’d done in the past on his climb to un-won power & control over the forest. Ending in his demise by the claws of whom he’d assumed alliance with.
Actually its Tigerstar but yeah just fixing:d
Yeah definitely for a kids fantasy book... But still the books are amazing either way
Didn't Raggedstar get killed in the exact same way by Brokenstar?

I stopped reading after the fourth series (or fifth) and now I’m realizing this too…
I don’t think brokenstars death was cruel because he was constantly in unbearable pain and yellowfang told him that they would take away the pain forever and when he heard that he willingly took them
Brokenstar did not willingly take the deathberries. While he did agree to eating them, he was blind, and didn’t know they were deathberries.

I read the warriors series when i was very young, and I remember being extremely disturbed by Brokenstar’s death.
I remember I was using audio books for the one that CinderPelt died and the second the narrator told us that she was attacked by a badger, I started crying uncontrollably.
Only ones of them that deserved it were Brokenstar and Tigerstar. I can never forgive Brokenstar for what happened to Badgerfang. Also, Rainflower kinda had it coming to her, but she didn’t really deserve it like Brokenstar did. So squirrelflight and leafpool are trying to save a kit, the sisters ( a group of rouges ) kit, when they found something in a cave leafpool, happy, exclaimed " Ive found it!" But then just as she finished a rockslide came down and crushed Bothe squirrelflight and leafpool to death. In starclan they were given the chance to go back to earth, leafpool accepting her time was up declined it but Squirrelflight did not.
In Squirrelflight's Hope, Leafpool comforts her sister after she argues with Bramblestar. After several of her Clanmates fall ill to a mysterious sickness, Leafpool travels with Squirrelflight to the Sisters who reveal a cure. She and Squirrelflight share a dream of wounded kits and rush to aid Moonlight as she struggles to give birth. Leafpool leads Moonlight and her newborn kits to hide in a cave while the Clans attack the Sisters. Leafpool and Squirrelflight are fatally injured when the cave collapses, and during her trial to be accepted into StarClan, Leafpool reveals she doesn't regret breaking the code to have her kits. Despite Jayfeather and Alderheart's efforts to heal her, Leafpool dies but happily remains in StarClan while Squirrelflight returns to ThunderClan.
Unbeknownst to the Clan, Leafpool gave birth to Crowfeather's kits, Lionblaze, Jayfeather, and Hollyleaf, who were raised by Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight to protect her, though Squirrelflight was the one who knew the truth. She initially mentored Hollypaw; however, Jaypaw became her apprentice after switching roles. After the secret was revealed by Hollyleaf, Leafpool stepped down from her position and became a warrior. After her kits forgave her, Leafpool returned as a medicine cat to assist during the Great Battle. Eventually, she mentored Puddleshine in ShadowClan and stayed in SkyClan when they had no medicine cat. Following the battle against the Sisters, Leafpool was gravely injured in a rockslide, and after her StarClan trial, she was ultimately accepted, remaining in StarClan after her death and reuniting with her kin.
Tigerstar wasnt gutted, and his organs were not cut in half, Tigerstar was killed in “the last hope” in the battle with Firestar, Firestar lost a life later from wounds (likely blood loss) while Tigerstar’s belly was cut open by scourge, the wound was so bad even Starclan couldn’t heal it, so Firestar thought he would come back fine, but instead watched all Tigerstar’s 9 lives be slowly lost at once
You think his belly was sliced open but his guts didn't spill out?
@@SonarTheBat I thought gutted meant organs forcefully pulled out
HELP I MESSED IT UP, I MEANT BEFORE THE GREAT BATTLE, WHICH IS IN BOOK 6 ARC 1 I THINK-
Omg the pictures for some of these cats like Smokepaw and Hawkfrost.
Tigerstar’s death was the most cruel. Especially the pictures.
As a cat lover I'm already in tears
Half of these cats deserved it
@@SkyPangolin why do you think that and hey that’s rude
I am a cat lover to that’s why every summer I come over to my aunts house and baby sit the cats and dogs
@@dhanischuk2462 have you even read the books this video is about?
@@SkyPangolin No
i guessed tiger star for number 1! but i feel like snowkit should get some more attention, i know he wasnt a big deal for not showing a lot, but his death really punched my heart
For me, it’s Tiger star mainly because there were a bunch of cats surrounding him and his guts were spilled out everywhere and I’m pretty sure that you could even see his ribs too and I’m pretty sure they were also young apprentices there too. I can’t exactly remember, but all I know is that there were a bunch of warrior cats over there when it happened
Here's some that deserve at least an honorable mention:
Onestar, Darktail, and Bristlefrost: All drowned (cruel because of the excruciating pain of not having any air in your lungs)
Flametail: Not only did he drown, but also FROZE TO DEATH.
Mosskit: Froze
Fluttering Bird: Starved
Bramblestar (first life): Froze while suffering from sickness (infection or greencough, cant remember which :/ )
Hawkfrost (I KNOW THAT HES ALREADY MENTIONED! But from what I saw it was talking about his spirit death, but I could be wrong. Dont harass me :| ) : Throat was tore open by a fox trap
I know a lot of these are either drowned or froze, but in my opinion either way is very brutal.
what book did bristle frost die in…
@@adr1an816 She dies in A Light in the Mist... sry if it's a spoiler :/
WHERE IS FLUTTERING BIRD
@@harp167 I forgot about fluttering bird :/
I'll put her in :)
Finally someone mentions fluttering bird. That was sad.
Is no one going to talk about needle tail?? She died a brutal death by being half drowned then killed. She didn’t deserve to die under dark tails claws..At least I think it was one of the most brutalist.
In my opinion her death was worse than Tigerstar's. She was almost drowned first. It was traumatic.
wait didnt sleekwhisker kill needle tail i havent read most of the books im just guessing off of the sleekwhisker map
@@wcuesaber1249 she helped dark tail kill her
@@malaikakhan28 yes very much. I had to put the book down before continuing
@@HarperSnowhand right?!
Tiger stars death picture just made me wanna make myself go blind so I didn’t have to see it..
But I didn’t know the most cruel deaths so I wanted to see
Bumble and Moon Shadow also had pretty bad deaths. Bumble had countless horrible scratches given to her by 1-2 foxes, and she couldnt even defend herself because she just left Twolegplace and didnt know how to fight yet. Moon Shadow had been injured horribly in the forest fire in Clear Skys territory, and Gray Wings group took him back to recover with Cloud Spots and Dappled Pelt. But still, his horrible scratches and 3rd degree burns wouldnt heal and he died a bloody death overnight.
Longtail:Have it Mousefur...
Made me cry.He started rude, but then turned into a sweet and kind tom.
Edit: Also Smokepaw's death was quite gruesome.
I feel bad for longtail :(
Ikr! The fact that he died trying to get a mouse! He definetly deserved better! Rip Longtail...
longtail wad never bad he was a jerk in the first book but he got muchh more better in others
@@silly_little_goober_cat that's bc firestar became firestar
That Longtail picture made me cry. He was the only death i cried at and when he had the mouse aswell-
Yeah Tigerstars injury was so severe he couldnt possible heal from it so he was forced to die again and again till all lives were used up.
My Villian oc Fristedwing died by Christmas lights. Basically they tripped on some Christmas lights while running from a murder she committed, and the lights had a malfunction and she got zapped to death, the wires also pierced through her skin.
How could you not include Stonefur. That was the only moment a scene in a book shocked me.
I forgot about Stonefur! His death was brutal. He was weak from starvation, and his leader(s) asked him to kill his kin (Crookedstar`s grandchildren, Feather`paw and Storm`paw. Stone`fur was Oak`heart's child. Oak`heart and Crooked`star are brothers). Then, when he rightfully refused to kill the two apprentices, he gets put through the torture of going through a small battle, winning it miraculously and giving him the slightest hope to survive, and then being killed right after. If that isn't bad, I don't know what is.
Finally, someone who remembers Stonefur! Honestly he should have been No. 1, because I mean he was nearly starved to death and really weak and then died saving Featherpaw and Stormpaw.
@@AlwaysYR honestly I still kinda agree of tigerstar as #1 bc he had to relive his death 9 times and it was pretty brutal
@@AlwaysYR And he died in a 2v1 battle 'cause he was still too strong 😓
It was two on one@@the_yeeted_les
Imagine just finding a cat on the floor with its organs lying to the side
Where do you even go to see any of this? I am curious about warrior cats but dont know where to watch it
it’s a book series
How do u watch these bc I can't find the series anywhere
I still remember Snowkit, who was most likely eaten alive by the hawk who grabbed him.
So was bright stream she deserves a mention i mean she was carrying kits
I loved swiftpaw so much..why?And tigerstars death really hit me when I read it in the books.
I was actually sad when he died since he was my favorite charater and in my opinion, a great villain. Powerful, yet not too overpowered since he got killed by a midget with nail extensions. But it was goddamn brutal-
@@window8684 i agree. Tigerstar was a great villain. It kept me entertained
Not mentioned: Patchpelt...smoke inhalation, Mudclaw smashed by a tree, Flametail drowned under ice, Graypool fall off a cliff onto a rock while suffering kitty dementia.
honestly, for a children's book series (not saying only for children) it has some pretty brutal deaths
0:53. That’s so sad.. and that picture is intense!
Much like the series. :D
they chillin ngl
@@domino5525 XD
True.
Thank you ;)
Swiftpaw and Smokepaw pictures in this list are TERRIFYING.
Smokepaw’s death freaked me out because of how they watched him fall.
The picture of him being impaled made it worse.
Did you actually draw these Cats ore did u use an App? Bc they look pretty rl❤️
They used images from other artists
I was never a Warrior cats fan but my sister was. She read all the books and started in 1st grade. She's off to Harvard on scholarship now.
We forget about the cat in Dawn of the Clans. That series had some dark deaths as well.
Oh yeah, what's skystars first mate got yeeted by a eagle and turtletail died same way as snowfur,, RIP
Yes!!!!!
I have been going through the comments looking for someone to mention fluttering bird and turtle tail and gray wing!! They had horrible desths
@@harp167 wait gray wing died- oop
Yes Bright stream definitely deserves atleast and honorable mention
RIP Snowfur! Bluestar was totally devastated by her death.
where can I watch warrior cats, I've been searching all over youtube for it but can't find it
You can’t really watch it as it’s a book series but you can read it or listen to audiobook!
@@rainclouds3677 yeah had to figure this out after a few months after this comment lol, no idea why I thought it was a show/movie, up to book 3 in series 1 though
“I hope you enjoy” BRO WHAT
The picture for SmokePaw's death is what kills me because we don't know that that's not exactly how his life was ended. Being impaled in the stomach by sharp rocks is very likey what killed him.
What makes in worse, in my opinion, is that Brokenstar (tail) was given death berries by his own mother, Yellowfang.
Wait, is Yellowfang a med cat? Because if so, med cats aren’t allowed to have kits right?-
@@Sage_- She secretly had him, he was raised by a foster mother in the clan. Raggedstar (his father) spoiled him, and let him become a warrior early, etc.
@@Sage_- yes, yellowfang broke the code to have kits
@@aaamogusthespiderever2566 dam
What makes Swiftpaw's death more cruel is (from what I remember) he was stuffed into a hollow log
One thing though, I’ve read a book of warriors “exile from shadow clan” and tbh broken star kinda deserved to die, going against the warrior code, killing kits, killing their clan mates, and even stealing kits from thunder clan, and exiled all of the elders out of the camp
