    I learned all this in 6th grade. Never knew what I was doing, but loved gymnastics....joined team in 9th grade...it all made sense. Gymnasts are stacked!

    Hi. Thanks for the videos. I notice you have beginner intermediate and advanced work but I'm finding it difficult to make my way through all the videos to be able to have a plan from beginner to intermediate. What I'm saying is that I'd like for you to highlight the types of exercises you suggest from beginner to intermediate in 1 video. It would definetly help my progression and prevent me from possibly going over certain thigs that I shouldn't. Hope you can help. Thanks again

    Please explain what to do when you over rotate and fall, ie to decrease the risk of hurting yourself.

      I suggest you doing it against a wall at beginning until you learn to fall. Thats waht i do now

    Great video! Handstand Push Ups are actually not difficult. You need a stable handstand and good amount of push ups and shoulder strength.
