Best thing to do is slow it down in practice mode and progressively over time increase the speed in increments of 5%
Personally I start off at 80% just to take the time to really learn the patterns, but that obviously varies depending on the song.
If you can’t beat a song at its highest diff it’s not always best to go to lower diff because it could be mapped completely differently.
For most maps there will be some similarities with less notes ofc.
Anyway like I said start off slow and play all the way through because even if your practicing that same part you’ll get into a bad habit of not fully preparing for the combo.

I beat hard after like 15 attempts, but i’ve tried expert at LEAST 40x and have only gotten close once, and I failed that attempt because my hand cramped so badly i couldn’t even pause it

I don’t know what Beat Saber settings I have, but my game doesn’t lag, it’s graphics get really low quality when stuttering and I’m not even using airlink.

What I do when I can't pass a level, I just use practice and go to the part I fail at and put on 50% speed and when I pass without missing a not I up the speed by 10% until I'm at 100%

you have not seen dimension wars, sure power of the saber blade might look harder and it definitely is more stamina intensive, but dimension wars is way more techy and hard to hit. especially the end of the song. not to mention dimension wars is ranked 13 stars on scoresaber, and i would say power of the saber blade is only around 12
