I work the night shift and have been very concerned about my heart health. This video was very insightful. Thank you!
I have a suggestion based on research I have done for my personal health and that's the program by Caldwell Esselstyn. If you want the maximum optimal health for the heart, he has a program which can be read about for free and he has books a person can buy. However, very similar is the program I use and it's called Starch Solution by John Mcdougall. I lowered my serum cholesterol, resting heart rate, blood pressure and weight all from high to ideal. Further, it's stayed there for 4 1/2 years. Well bp is a bit high reading 123/83, but it used to be controlled by medication and before that it was over 200/140 or something in that area. By far the biggest thing a person can do is make the big switch to this diet type.
@@RiDankulous seriously brother

Gratefulness is the secret to happiness. Once we all realize how incredibly lucky we are to even be alive on this planet and stop comparing ourselves to others, true happiness will find us. The one thing that helped me so much to become more grateful was Forwago.
Good point! Gratitude matters!

This is a great video and good simple things are listed to help with heart health. I go full speed ahead with the whole food-plant based diet.
Why with practically every food item, experts have polar opposite views? This goes for eggs, oils, coffee etc. etc. What is the point of having nutrition scientists if they can't figure these things out in a few decades and come up with some consensus?
This was great. Thank you! 🙏🏿
Very Nice

Many foods that are called low fat often contain polyunsaturated vegetable oils. Refined foods are also usually void of any nutritional value and should be avoided for heart disease prevention. Your video is just superb and I must say that you have covered the topic in depth. I have also found another site doctorbing.com that is just awesome to get more on preventing heart attacks. Thanks and keep sharing the nice information!!

I’m 13 and, I wanna start drinking Redbull when I workout but, I also have heart problems like rapid heart pace, and chest pain. Should I drink Redbull it only has 80mg which is equal to a cup of coffee it also has a bunch of vitamins?
Here’s a tip bud, stay away from energy drinks. If you have heart problems already, energy drinks are probably the worst option for you. They are horrible for heart health.
Thank uu
sometimes giving up is the best option.
She says 400 times but the screen says 400% greater which is 4 times the rate. Then she does the same thing with the 200% greater.
I use heavy cream in my coffee because it has less sugar (from the milk) and it also makes it tastier and creamier. Sugar is the villian - not fat. I urge you to watch the documentary on Netflix called "The Magic Pill."
What about the fact that your diet determines the health of your circulatory system? Cholesterol only rushes to the site of inflammation in your vessels when there is inflammation. This means we have to eat less inflammatory foods. That way, there is no build up occuring.

Atrial fibrillation (A-fib) is an irregular and often very rapid heart rhythm (arrhythmia) that can lead to blood clots in the heart. A-fib increases the risk of stroke, heart failure and other heart-related complications.
Symptoms:
Sensations of a fast, fluttering or pounding heartbeat (palpitations)
Chest pain
Dizziness
Fatigue
Lightheadedness
Reduced ability to exercise
Shortness of breath
Weakness
Prevention:
Eat a nutritious diet
Get regular exercise and maintain a healthy weight
Don't smoke
Avoid or limit alcohol and caffeine
Manage stress, as intense stress and anger can cause heart rhythm problems. Prevention is better than cure.
Would playing video games that make your heart beat faster help?
Only Wii Fitness.
Good Tips..Is using the treadmill about the same as walking outdoors?
Anything that involves your heart rate rising counts. You can get the same effect on a treadmill
Increasing protein intake in the morning may also help you avoid unhealthy snacking and improve appetite control throughout the day. This is a small habit change but might help you keeping yourself healthy also for maintaining your metabolism rate healthy you can try herbal medicines from planet ayurveda.

The information about fats was a little over simplified I think. Nuts are good, because of their saturated fats. So, saturated fats are not all bad! Coconut oil can be very good for health.

God entered into my body, like a body. my same size. holy ghost baptism. God rips my face, shoots into mouth gum disease. Jesus appears and laughs. come to God waiting
While I appreciate the talk, its hard to not notice that she is constantly out of breath. May be she needs to watch her own presentation.
Oh yeah, she was like suffocating, and sweating so much, omg, what is wrong with her...
Seriously, you need help man. She was perfectly fine, you are just hallucinating. Put those mushrooms down
Her voice is not that soothing for ear.
This is not acceptable. This information is outdated and ineffective.
