I have a suggestion based on research I have done for my personal health and that's the program by Caldwell Esselstyn. If you want the maximum optimal health for the heart, he has a program which can be read about for free and he has books a person can buy. However, very similar is the program I use and it's called Starch Solution by John Mcdougall. I lowered my serum cholesterol, resting heart rate, blood pressure and weight all from high to ideal. Further, it's stayed there for 4 1/2 years. Well bp is a bit high reading 123/83, but it used to be controlled by medication and before that it was over 200/140 or something in that area. By far the biggest thing a person can do is make the big switch to this diet type.

Gratefulness is the secret to happiness. Once we all realize how incredibly lucky we are to even be alive on this planet and stop comparing ourselves to others, true happiness will find us. The one thing that helped me so much to become more grateful was Forwago.

Why with practically every food item, experts have polar opposite views? This goes for eggs, oils, coffee etc. etc. What is the point of having nutrition scientists if they can't figure these things out in a few decades and come up with some consensus?

Many foods that are called low fat often contain polyunsaturated vegetable oils. Refined foods are also usually void of any nutritional value and should be avoided for heart disease prevention. Your video is just superb and I must say that you have covered the topic in depth. I have also found another site doctorbing.com that is just awesome to get more on preventing heart attacks. Thanks and keep sharing the nice information!!

What about the fact that your diet determines the health of your circulatory system? Cholesterol only rushes to the site of inflammation in your vessels when there is inflammation. This means we have to eat less inflammatory foods. That way, there is no build up occuring.

Atrial fibrillation (A-fib) is an irregular and often very rapid heart rhythm (arrhythmia) that can lead to blood clots in the heart. A-fib increases the risk of stroke, heart failure and other heart-related complications.
    Symptoms:
Sensations of a fast, fluttering or pounding heartbeat (palpitations)
    Chest pain
    Dizziness
    Fatigue
    Lightheadedness
    Reduced ability to exercise
    Shortness of breath
    Weakness
    Prevention:
    Eat a nutritious diet
Get regular exercise and maintain a healthy weight
    Don't smoke
Avoid or limit alcohol and caffeine
Manage stress, as intense stress and anger can cause heart rhythm problems. Prevention is better than cure.
