I saw on tv a house in Australia that's in the middle of a forest. They shifted to succulents lanscape to protect their property from forest fire.
There are a couple of stories I've heard that happened in California. The fire stopped where the bed of succulents is situated.
Yes! that's what we do here😃 it protects your home from the land advancing fire little super-succulents (it doesn't protect you from the flying ambers, though😟but nothing can)

I think this is all good and well. But the truth is that farming uses over 75% of the water in California and homes use a very small amount. Compared to everything.
That is equally true. But times like this any little effort helps especially when a huge number practices it. Plus, with the heat and limited access to water, a lot of plants suffer.

I agree for sure. I have done the same. I removed all the front grass and put succulents from my own garden. Only had to water thoroughly for the first 2 weeks and they have started to establish them selves only a month in. Doing the side walk grass little by little. Removing grass is hard work.

Posting sexually explicit images is against Facebook policy and unfortunately for us, our beloved page is slowly overrun by these pornographic images. It’s only a matter of time before the page is taken down.
I apologize for the inconvenience and hurt this incident has caused you. With a heavy heart, I am letting go of the site that is so dear to me. There are so many evildoers online nowadays; unfortunately, I learned my lesson the hard way.
