I can’t remember where I ordered it, but it was easy to find on line. Canadian Tire sells snare wire as well.

I'm surprized some big fishing supplier doesn't pay you to design some lures for them. They could start with this one..."Tenta's Pike Slayer"

how come you didn't tie 3 regular hooks using snare wire or fishing line to make a treble hook?

Great question! I tried numerous times; I was never happy with the outcome. I could never get the connection solid enough to keep the hooks separated.
