    I set up a few door anchors on one door before starting the workout. Putting the different bands all through one anchor I never tried or thought of. Interesting.

    Another awesome and informative video, just want to say that I use three door anchors at a time at different angles switching as needed. Also have you tried the Torro tubular bands yet? They are less cumbersome and are rated up to 350lbs.

    In doing your resistance band chest press, which works better, the bands coming under arms or over( with the bands just touching the arms)?

      It somewhat depends on the angle you're pressing. But I prefer the band coming under the bottom for most presses.

    How do you like the bodylastics compared to the undersun? I have both but tend to use the bodylastics (and their streaming workouts) more. Having the handles is nice and I've been snapped pretty good by an undersun band that broke.

      I think both are great. I use bodyweight, dumbbell and Undersun bands more, but the Bodylastic bands are definitely great. I do sometimes wonder about eye safety with loop bands.

      I'd say the bodylastics bands are better. I trust the quality over the undersun bands, but I do like how the USun tension feels.

    This is off topic, but i am interested if you use vitamins of any kind and if so have you ever talked about it on your channel? I use fish oil and multiple vitamins everyday. But then you get into things like creatine and other various supplements. What do you take (if any) before or after a workout? Maybe you could do an episode on this? I'm sure there may be some things that aren't good for you, but i'd like to know your advice on what you should have in your body if you're going to be working out. I'm 51 and i don't want to leave any stone unturned when it comes to staying as healthy as i can.

      I actually link all the supplements I use in the description box of most of my videos. Just by chance, they're not at the end of this video. But I can do another video on it. I sometimes change up and rotate in certain things, but I generally always use a multivitamin, magnesium citrate, vit d, light creatine and Vit k2.

      @@hybridresistance Thank you. I have to admit i only watch videos on youtube. But from now on i will look at the the description for your videos. I suppose there are a lot of people who only watch videos and do not read anything underneath the video, sometimes i read other peoples comments on your channel but that's about it. Another video on vitamins, supplements, etc. would be great. I think it is great to know how to do the exercises but it is so important to have the correct vitamins etc. to be able to do them. Thank you for your reply and all that you do on your channel.

    Utilizing the Bodylastics door anchor would be too cumbersome for travel?

      If I had it or thought of it during this recording I probably wouldn’t have made the video. I know I’ve seen it a while back and do recall it being sold out for a while on Amazon. But good chance I didn’t know of it when I recorded this

    Wouldn't you want to put a door anchor on the opposite side of a door for safety, or on the hinge side of the door if you can't put it on the opposite side? I could imagine the latch coming loose with enough stress and the entire set of bands and their metal parts shooting at your head (and your sensitive eyes and face). If it was on an out-swing door, you're only pulling the door closed so there's little chance of the latch opening. If you have to be on the in-swing side, you'd want to put it on the hinge side which is way stronger and will stay fairly closed even if the door opens.
