Well my first vertical step was a real brain workout. Isn’t it funny how just turning the step around changes how confident you feel moving. This was definitely basic/intermediate because the moving forward and back being less familiar. It was a great change! One of many reasons your workouts are so valuable - never dull! ❤️🇨🇦🍋
@@CDornerFitness I didn't mean as a total "Cool down", That was a joke after doing yesterday's first!! It felt like a reprieve!! And I did do the mobility challenge for all but 2 days.. I just like movement more.. I was the same with Yoga!!

Thanks for reposting this one, I haven't done as many vertical step classes. I was glad for the 127bpm and for me it seemed more basic/intermediate and I did make some mistakes. It could also have been due to "brain fog". LOL Wishing you and Kevin a Happy New Year!
Great vertical workout! Love the way it challenges my brain - hard to believe just turning the step sideways can make such a difference to the way we process things. I love the way your classes give me a brain workout as well as a body one!
Since this was vertical, I felt it was a bit challenging to get the hang of some of these moves. All though it was at a slower pace, I used double risers and burned a ton of calories for a 35 minute workout. Thanks Chris for another fun one and keeping us coming back for more and more.

Ok, this vertical step was a challenge but a good challenge.....I loved the combination of the choreographed moves.....these moves were really fun, although I did get confused on the combination....So what did I do???? Rewind!!! Yes, I went back till I got it.....this was really a lot of fun. And your smiling face and giggles make it more enjoyable 😉. I will definitely do this one again....tomorrow 😄
I could not warm up today! I used this vertical step class to get warm. Sweatshirt came off pretty quick and now have a little sweat going on from this class. Tougher than it should have been only because I did your legs class from Jan 4th, 2024 yesterday and definitely feeling all the leg muscles this morning!!😂
This really becomes more intermediate when you are on the 2nd riser. I’m aiming for the 3rd riser but not there yet. This is very much a go to step routine for me - I love the moves. The music is also perfect with the routine! 👍♥️🙏
definitely an intermediate for me! i struggle with the transitions - especially getting onto the T step! So, a 34 min workout became a 50 minute workout!!! I kept re-winding, and trying. No - i didn't master the moves but got a little bit better and still had fun. Thanks Chris! ⏪▶⏪▶
Did this at the end of another short step and at 1.15x. Great way to work the bench in a different way! Thanks Chris for continuing to mix it up! Happy New Year!!
Great way to mix things up. I hit my December challenge of walking 3 miles daily. Your step videos helped to make it fun and added a nice variety to my treadmill workouts. Thank you ❤️.

Great job!! I don't really recommend using three risers unless you are over 6ft tall. Too much on the knees
