Today reiterated why Chris has my favorite channel. I put on a walking workout to get a couple extra steps in. This was a 15 minute workout and had music that was unrecognizable- in this time ads cut in 3 times!!! Next time I’m just going put on a csornerfitness step workout & do it on the floor. This is the only workout channel that I have used that has great music & no ads breaking into them! Thanks Chris- I really appreciate you!

That was wonderful!! I asked some of the people here in Florida if they have ever done a step class. They all laugh and say, "Sure ! When I was in my 20’s." Well guess what folks ?? Nothing better than step class in my 60’s with Chris!! Haha. Thanks for the inspiration as always, Chris!! ❤️

Still taking it easy after straining my back in the garden but needed some cardio… so a gentle simple class was just the ticket. This is why Chris’s channel is so great…. Something for everybody. Chris mentioned people starting out slowly and needing a break after a short time… 2 years ago that was me…. But I persevered and I feel so much healthier. Thanks Chris.

Happy Saturday (for me anyway 😊) Super fun workout! If anyone thinks that basic step won’t be a good workout….with a little more intensity and more intentional moves my heart rate got up to 150+ and I burned 250 calories. All in just 30 minutes. Great music and fun routine…as always! Thanks Chris. 💕😎

Normally I wouldn’t struggle with this bpm and level, but after I did two full body workouts including your total body from this morning I barely made it through! It felt like my legs had 20 lb weights every time I went to move! Enjoy your time off! You deserve it.

This one was fantastic! I hardly messed up doing it.
Despite the slower tempo I got a really good sweat going with this class, great tunes as usual. A huge thank you to you as well, at the gym my barre class format has altered so we can use heavier weights if we wish. Never been a weights fan as I’ve said previously. Anyway, thanks to your encouragement and motivation I pushed myself today and was lifting at times 22lbs at my max! And it wasn’t a chore either. So thank you again for that. 🎉

Another great work out. I've been thinking 128 was to slow BUT after yesterdays strength with an added riser I thought well if I slowed down a bit I bet I could TRY 2 and I DID IT! But also thanks for the reminder that it's NOT necessary! LOVE YOU!
