We've all been there, you launched a client site and six months later, they tell you they aren't getting their contact form e-mails. Where are they?!

I feel like this would be a much more effective video if going into depth about mailgun. That's where a lot of people get very confused
Had some problems as well.
It could have to do with the general setup of those default ninja email responders.
After turning them off and creating new email responders in ninja forms it worked for me.

My Ninja forms menu is different and I don't see the easy place to check the admin email the way you showed. I just updated it. Do you know why it would be different?
how to link woocommerce and ninjaforms price and order info? is it possible to send all of this info to woocommerce shopping cart/checkout?

You can also use the email confirmation and add a BCC in that section then email yourself or the team.

Admin email not exist there in wordpress, when i go to my profile there is e mail that i use for wordpress . Is This same e mail? Can someone answer please

Email Notifications was listed as Admin Email in my version of Ninja Forms

yup checked all the settings and still can't figure out where they are going - so frustrating.

It took me a bit of experimenting but I found it - go to Ninja in your dashboard then go to "submissions" and then select the form you used. The emails should be there

Thanks. I do have two questions if you can answer please.
1) Is there a way to attach all the contents of the form within the body of the email?
If no, then...
2) I know you can attach the submission CV as an attachment, but it comes in all messy with all data in one row. Is there a way to fix that?

By default the forms are set to send all of the data in the body of the email. If you're using upload fields, that probably can't be sent through.

wow youtube algorithm is awesome. I just watched a video about how to enable ninja email form that did not explain how to configure where the email goes. But now, CZcams automatically played this video! I found out the email was in spam box. Check your spam box
I followed the setup but still don't know how to fix the form issue...

Not getting submitter email or receive emails
Doesnt work...no sendig or even recieveng mails
I clicked like for your video, but you shouldn't assume people don't know about cnames etc.; But recommend if they don't, to seek help from your host/DNS provider. Those are really basic and as a computer administrator myself, find that people are offended when you talk down to them. Always assume they Do know. Great information though, thanks! Best tip- contact host.
Addressed my problems but didn't solve them. Oh well. I wanted to learn how to deal with my existing program and its problems, not get a discussion of other programs. For those purposes, this video essentially boiled down to "check your spam folder."
I thought you would explain how to use mailgun.....
Nah, just that you need to use it.
It took ten minutes to say "check your spam folder" and "install MailGun". Didn't actually help.

but I still have the issue of people no being able to see the text they enter into the fields on the NInja Form Contact Form.
On the user-end, they can't see what they type in.
I get the emails in my wordpress page, but I even tried it myself (www.voiceoverfreak.com), the contact page text is just invisible when I type in it,
a friend alerted me to this.

The issue is the font color in your input fields. That's your theme's fault, saying that any text in an input field is a SUPER light grey. See here: take.ms/4h8AU
PluginTut WordPress tutorials thanks, I figured that was it. Just having trouble changing just that font without changing the whole theme.
It would be great if this could be done for non-coders with a color select option. I guess some things have to be done surgically, so I'll try not to botch up my code by saving it into a text file first

I found the real answer. I use foxy forms. Free and easy to embed. Get lost ninja forms
