Having a contact form on your website is great for prompting people to contact you whilst also controlling what information you want a user to supply - all whilst hiding your email address from bots that will list it for spam.
In this Ninja Forms Plugin Tutorial, I show you not only how to build forms but I cover WordPress ninja form email setup and actions. The plugin is free on the WordPress repository, but also offers some really cool premium extensions.

I built my website using Elementor. How do I insert a ninja form in a previously built page? All examples seem to use inserting a ninja form in a new page using WordPress.
Try using the short code in a html code module or text module? I haven't used elementor much.
Thank you for very nice step by step video. I have tried to add the form on my website both by code and selecting form from Ninja forms but it doesn't work. It looks like the form is loading but nothing happens. I am using Astras free version. Do you know what I am doing wrong?
It could be a plugin conflict maybe? If you're using the block editor, there's a ninja form block you could try also? Otherwise you may need to install WP Health and do some tests with your theme on, plugins off, to see if any one plugin is causing a conflict

Very helpful video! do you also have a tip on what I can do, if I don't receive notification emails. I've set everything up like you showed in the video, but neither the admin, nor the person filing out the contact form receives a mail. thanks in advance!
Oh yeah, I've been having this issue recently. A lot of the time the website method of emailing blocked by server security. If you install WPMail plugin (free in the 'add plugin' / wordpress repository) you can input proper SMTP server details and it will send it like a proper email.

All of the emails that I receive from ninja forms has the html tags in the body of the email like for example can you tell me how do I get rid of all of these html tags?
Either in ninja form settings or in the form settings (go to actions) there should be an option to send a text only email (not html) or to edit the email body itself

How do I change the message shown after a customer sends an email: e.g I want it to say 'Thank you for your email' once the customer clicks submit. Thank you.
No problem! In Ninja forms, when editing the form, head to 'Emails & Actions' at the top and click 'Success Message' there to alter it there.

Hi Mohamed, I tend to use CSS to style these fields. Do you know any basic CSS coding? I don't think it's a simple process outside of that.
@Mohamed Gad, I need to know this also, I have a black background on my site so the text has to be white. And I can not code any CSS. If I can't change that I can't use Ninja
@@ronpetersen2815 Hi Ron, I have used it in the past and it has picked up theme styling - however it may be worth just testing it out by creating draft page or post and popping one of the default (alreadyyincluded) forms to see for yourself if it works. Otherwise, aside from CSS, I don't see how you could change the coloring.
@@ronpetersen2815 I think wpforms with Elementor is now good option to check you can style the forms with Elementor.
